I have been without dentures for 10 years. I have tried multiple places multiple times and no one would work with me on the out of pocket cost. Aspen Dental is the only place that helped me and after 10 years of having no teeth, I am finally getting dentures through them! Everyone there was compassionate and caring about my situation.

Was not impressed with the 4 hours out of my day it took to get X-rays done for a general consultation for an abscessed tooth, I had an appointment and arrived 20 minutes early. Also was very underwhelmed the demeaning way the doctor spoke with the technician and the customers, there is clearly no onboarding or support for new hires when the tech had to grab a receptionist to help take xrays. I was baffled by the money hungry attitude when they asked if I wanted Novocaine 3 hours into my visit, or the 30k bill they laid on me when it was time to go, when there was virtually no actual dental work done or scheduled to be done.

Twenty minutes later, after calling my insurance myself, I found out everything that was done today was completely covered by my insurance. So, thanks for the through consult, but I will be getting a second opinion. And to top it all off my Rx was sent under another patients profile.

The medication and Dr was correct but it did not have my name or address on the bottle, and hour and a half later after calling the office multiple times, was told it was okay to accept the Rx under another patients name, it was their bad

All of the ladies that I had interaction with were amazing. They made me feel comfortable and were very informative on my care. I have dental anxiety and my mouth proves that! There was no judgement no cross-eyed looks, only care. I'm excited to continue my dental plan with them! (The very first time I can say that!)
