Two teeth broke off my dentures. I went to Aspen to have the denture replaced and re-printed, but they had lost a software to reprint my dentures. The technician there then decided that she could make it as good as new and she did. The people there were very nice and I got my new teeth. Thank you Aspen Dental

My experience with the actual dentist was fine. However, I have been asking them for almost a year to submit requested information for an unprocessed claim. They refuse to release my overpayment because the claim hasn't cleared, and every time I ask them to send the claim information they ask me to wait 30-45 days to check on the claim. I check the claim, it has no extra information. I just spoke to my dental insurance who stated that they have also asked them to submit the information and they have not.

I have filed a grievance with my dental insurance and will be filing an insurance fraud complaint as well at this point because it has been ELEVEN MONTHS since this service was provided. Edit to Add: Based on the reply below, I have already contacted customer service multiple times. I have left multiple messages with the Hickory office as well and have received no call backs.

I had a very pleasant experience with everyone at this office. Everyone was very friendly, polite and very professional.

From the time I walked in and got checked in, very pleasant lady up front; then onto X-ray where that young lady was ever so kind and very easy with me (I had a really bad toothache), then she passed me on to the dental hygienist who did her thing (ever so gently), and in comes the dentist and we made our game plan for meds then tooth extraction at a later date so I was ready for a cleaning (with the exception of one tooth, think y’all might know which one I’m talking about, lol). The entire time did not feel like a trip to the dentist that I can ever remember, this one was very very nice!! I think I found my dental home!!!

I was very impressed with everyone's knowledge and service. The young man who did all the X-rays was very nice and friendly and very knowledgeable. Doctor was up front and listened to my request. I was thankful for his suggestions and willing to accept them. Loved the hygienist. She was thorough and gentle.

Had a very pleasant first visit. Partial on order and I will return as soon as it comes in. Was also pleased with cost of dental work described. They are definitely 5 star. Was very pleased with the Team.
