I had some ex-rays done-the bottom teeth. There was something wrong with the machine and they couldn't finish the top. So they then checked my gums and I thought would start a cleaning or else the procedure I was to have that day. I was asked to go wait in another area, so I did. A few minutes later someone came out to tell me that she was waiting on a call back from my insurance regarding a procedure I wanted to have done in the future. Okay. So a while later I'm still waiting and she said they still have not gotten back to her and maybe she could call me later today? Sure, fine.

But what about the work you all were going to do today? Hmmm, let me check. I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me. I think I'll pass. And I don't think I'd recommend it to someone else either. I don't know what was going on there that day, but I know that they weren't really into communicating.

This place is a SCAM and waste of time! My entire visit was completely ridiculous. I have great teeth, straight smile, very little issues. . Aspen is not my regular dentist, but they accept walk-ins and I’d been feeling a little pressure in a tooth that has had a root canal in the past.

I was there for nearly three hours, arrived early for my 230 pm appointment and wasn’t pulled back until 3:05. While there the staff tried to convince me I needed an implant rather than a root canal, they tried selling me invisaline - mind you my teeth are perfectly straight without gaps! And when all was said and done, quoted me $11,000 for something my regular dentist quoted $2100 for AFTER insurance. This place isn’t worried about HELPING you, they’re worried about selling you the most expensive and unnecessary procedures to line their pockets. It was DISGUSTING the amount of effort put into trying to convince me to spend all this money with them while VERY MINIMALLY addressing the actual concern/issue I had.

I will never recommend this place to a single person and I have made sure to tell people of my experience and HIGHLY RECOMMEND they go ANYWHERE else but here. DO BETTER!

All employees were great. Had a good since of humor and treated me well. They all knew when to be serious and knew their jobs well. Dentist was very good. Did the very best he could. I am very happy. Would recommend this dentist office to everyone who needs dental care.
