I went in as a new patient. The lady doing XRays was very helpful and professional. The Dental hygienist was not. I’m aware that I came to the chair with dental issues starting with a broken tooth and that some things may be costly. Thankfully I have insurance. When the hygienist examined my gums she never explained what she was doing she just started shouting out numbers as she jabbed at my gums.

Then she lectured me as she explained what was needed for my dental care. I just left. I want to spend my money where they at least act like they care about my dental repair. Word to the wise if you go there for an ongoing concern and try to get help they are going to treat you horribly, give you the impression that the cost will be super expensive, and that it’s all your fault in the first place.

Starting with the receptionist to the dentist chair excellent treatment. I appreciate the professionalism they all show. They greet you with a smile. I want to mention my dentist goes to bat for you with the insurance company when they give you a hard time.

I want to thank Jade the Lab Technician for doing such an awesome job in making my smile beautiful again. Kudos to Aspen Dental located at Virginia Beach for making my experience at a dentist office pleasant.
