The entire staff are amazing, everyone was very welcoming from the moment we got there. The doc and assistant both communicated everything thoroughly and had a treatment plan organized in no time. The sense of humor in that building was a huge plus⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was very dissatisfied with Aspen Dental today. I was not acknowledged at all. Given pad to fill out. Waited 20 min. Didn't speak, took me to x ray. Then took me to a room and left me for 20 min. Dr. Came in. Did not say hello. Presumed to look at my dentures.

Asked lady to figure out what my bill would be. She took me to financial part and said I would have yo pay 2000. 00 to get new dentures. I looked at her and said. NO. I Left and will never recommend anyone to Aspen Dental. They do not care about the people, especially the elderly. All they care about is MONEY. CONCERNED CUSTOMER. RUTH RINESS

Went in for an initial appointment and cleaning. Just moved here so i’ve been anxious with everything being so different. The dentist was clearly stressed and made no attempt at calming my nerves, even telling me “once you get your wisdom teeth removed, you should consider invisalign” which, yes, I probably should, but with that being the only comment made, I felt incredibly uneasy. After I mentioned it to the nurse helping me, I was told to go back to the waiting room for the hygienist.

I waited for about 15 minutes until finally someone told me “the hygienist isn’t actually in today. ” I felt as if it was in retaliation to my comment, but I made no fuss about it since I had already decided to never go back. Only saving grace was the receptionist who was just so positive.

Pleasant staff. Easy to schedule appointment. Liked the Doctor very much! He gave the impression of wanting what was the very best option for me while being conscious of my budget. I have years of dental neglect so my case is not a straight forward one. He explained everything in detail and we came up with a game plan together. Looking forward to getting started!
