Originally I called this morning to make an appointment and I was told there was no available time by Evelyn assuming she’s the front desk staff. I sat on the phone right after she told me there was nothing today and I was waiting for her to give me potential dates for another day to come in and we were just sitting on the phone silence. I then asked her if she was going to give me any available dates for me to come in in the future. She told me that I did not give her a chance to but we were sitting on the phone in silence for at least a minute. When I was still talking, she cut me off and she said that the next appointment would be tomorrow and asked if I wanted the appointment or not, while I was saying how she was rude. She continue to talk over me and didn’t care so I asked to speak to a manager. She told me that there was no manager at the location. I thought she meant that the manager wasn’t in yet because it was in the morning so then I asked when will a manager be in? She’s then repeats that there’s no manager at that location.

I was looking on the website for other locations that I could go to and I saw that Westminster had availability online so I called back an explained that I had a cracked tooth and that I was wondering if you guys had any availability today she then says let me look not no straight away. She says let me look and she tells me that they have availability at 3 PM. I drove all the way to the Frederick location from Westminster to potentially be seen today for me to call back four hours later and tell me that they have availability at the Westminster location five minutes away from my house. I then asked for the manager again but I guess she doesn’t know that I’m the same person from four hours ago and she transferred me to the manager. The managers name was Amiee Kamara While I’m sitting there expressing what happened earlier, she then asked me, “So are you a new patient. Are you going to schedule or not?” She did exactly the same thing that I’m complaining about with her employee and she said “well my apologies. ” I asked for her name she gave me her first, middle, and last name. She even spelled it out for me being smart.

I then asked if there was anybody above her and she gave me their first, middle and last name and asked me if I needed her to spell it out. She’s not acknowledging anything I said about her employee while doing the same exact thing. I said it says these phone calls are being recorded at the beginning of the call if you really cared, you would go back and listen. She did not mention anything about what I’m complaining about, she goes right back to “Are you going to schedule the appointment or not?” Don’t go!!! Evenlyn and Aimee Kamara are rude and comfortable with being rude while on a recorded line so that says a lot about the management. Even on Yelp, the reviews are horrible for this location but I was going to go bc I was desperate at the time.

Toxic ShockWave

I actually had an appointment with this branch later this morning and it SO far out from me but I chose it only because it has the most appointments available , and I soon found out why that is. The person who answered when I called had the nastiest attitude. I love how they claim to be "Transparent" and "Honest" with their pricing but yet she couldn't tell me how much it would cost for a simple cleaning before I came in.

PLEASE LISTEN to the other reviews and save your time and your Smile and go to another Branch.

Very long time in lobby, 45 minutes past appointment time. Front desk woman very pleasant and helpful. Wait to see dentist well worth time as she was very nice, helpful, and handled my concerns. Would recommend if you don't mind a wait.

They fit me in quickly for an emergency situation, got me in with reasonable speed, and only once did I have to wait longer than 5 minutes for somebody to come in and talk to me, and that was no longer than about seven or eight minutes. They completely understood that I have regular dentist and that they were my emergency folks, and they were friendly and courteous and had a good sense of humor throughout.
