I would need a book to recount my day regarding their unprofessionalism. However, Dr. Young informed me that this is a typical day at this office. It's clear that they lose clients due to the frustration caused by the long wait times. I personally saw three individuals leave on that day. I wonder how much longer my wait would have been if they had stayed.

My appointment was set for 10 AM, but I wasn't seen until after 2 PM. The doctor conducted my procedure himself, and I was out the door in less than 30 minutes, meaning I waited 4 hours for a 30-minute procedure. Nothing will change because all they focus on is the production numbers for the day, not the revenue lost from people walking out. So if you have the entire day to sit in this office, that's great, as I can't say anything negative about the quality of their work. However, you know the saying: it only takes one or two to make everyone else look bad. In my situation, I was upset because I had made my appointment on Friday for a Monday time slot, which the office decided to give to someone else who was in the waiting room and called that day.

I know this because when I mentioned my appointment time at the front desk, several people in the waiting room said they had the same time. I even had to assist a lady in filling out her tablet because the front desk was not helping her. They told her she had to put in her list of Medication herself and When she asked me about putting them in for her, I told her again to go tell them that they should be able to scan that information in for her and with that they finally scanned it in for her. I could go on and on. Unfortunately for me, I had two other appointments, which I informed them about at 2:40, all they said is l could reschedule with them all I could think is after four hours and you’re taking me back now you want me to reschedule So what I would have to wait another four hours on another day.

This office started my daughters appointment with out verifying our insurance ! 😒 Then after she's already being worked on informs us we have to pay full non insurance price! So mad ! 😡 That is not right ! We should have been able to cancel appt. But how could we ?they already began. That is Aspen Dental 's fault for not checking before hand. Not sure if we're ever going back again.

We should receive a full refund. There is some kind of mix up at insurance Company or place of employment but we definitely have insurance. Again, Aspen Dental needs to verify insurance first before providing services!!!

I went in for a tooth repair, but being a first time patient at Aspen, it was suppose to only be a consultation. …Long story short, two spaces opened up, cause a patient canceled. Lucky me! The nurse told me, immediately and I said: Yes! Cause it was an emergency. . . Ain’t nobody got time for an imbalance, in their oral health!! …It’s IMPORTANT to visit a dentist a couple times a year 💯✨.

…I really appreciate their customer/patient services. I’m very grateful to have stumbled upon this Dental office online. Dr. Young, the dentist is Amazing! …You can only imagine how awesome his office manager and office staff are. ✨🧡

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I’ve never left a bad review until now but I feel like it’s very important to warn others. Every time I went they tried to charge me with procedures I didn’t even get done. They always come up with extra charges, the receptionist Niki is very rude and she doesn’t know how to explain anything pertaining billing.

I went there because I had an emergency but I can assure you, I’m never going back. It was a nightmare! Save your hard earned money, don’t go there.
