I had 4 appointments with Aspen. The first one the hygienist was very nice, and also the dr that saw me. But they were very busy and you could tell about how caotic was everything in their office. If you have an emergency, it's the only place around here to go, and since I only needed a cleanning I was fine. From all the times I called them only once they picked up the phone, you leave a message, and they not always call you back. Recently I went for an appt and they told me I needed a root canal and a crown.

I wasn't convinced, and I went to Escanaba to get a second opinion. The dentist there told me my tooth was fine. And the experience I had in this other office just made me give them 2 stars. I would have spent a looot of money if I just did what they recommended, and honestly I felt so cared for at the other dentist office that it's worth the drive. I liked the higenist, but I don't like Aspen.

Worst dental experience of my life!!!! The dentists are a joke. The office staff are very unprofessional and don't listen to your concerns. Don't ever get a tooth pulled here!!! You might die! I almost did. I wouldn't send my dog here. This place will book an appointment and make it sound like you're going to receive care the same day.

. . . . just to rob you blind and schedule the "Actual" appointment for 6 weeks later all the while you're in severe pain! They also charged me for a filling that was never done because the scheduler is a moron who couldn't schedule his way out of an empty toothpaste tube!!!

Lovely staff, and I had a short wait time. There were many opportunities for me to ask questions. They were very transparent about what my x-ray results were, and provided insight into a procedure I had gotten with another provider that I wasn't sure about.

Went in for an emergent appointment due to 10/10 tooth pain. Got diagnosed with a tooth abscess and needed to a root canal. Refused to give me antibiotics/pain meds. Couldn’t do get me in for the root canal for 3.

5 weeks. Told me just to “deal” with the pain. Ended up going to urgent care yesterday with a complete swollen face, unable to chew, or move my face and got put on antibiotics for a severe access. No not recommended
