I want to emphasize the fact that I have NEVER written a review for ANYTHING EVER in my life and today the people at this place really made me sit down and write this. my first appointment was rescheduled. dr had an emergency and i was told 20 minutes before my scheduled time that there was no one available. that’s fine, i rescheduled it for an initial consultation for today i had three people call me today. THREE.

to confirm insurance and paperwork. they told me to come in early at 1 and i said i couldn’t because i was at work. then i get another call an hour later telling me that i need to come in half an hour earlier than my appointment time to fill out paperwork. i leave work at 345 so i couldn’t make it. it sounds like they really wanted to close the office early today.

why would you schedule me at 4:00 PM if you need me to be there at 3:30? and then ask me to come in at 1?? that does not make sense. schedule me for the time you’d like me to be there. whoever i spoke with on the phone was rude as hell too. 0 customer service and after reading all the reviews, patients being left hanging, i’m very glad i didn’t follow through with the consultation 0 customer service 0 professionalism 0 stars if i could.

I only had an initial appointment, next week I have my teeth pulled. Then ill be able to give a complete review. I was very surprised that they did not ask me for my insurance card or information or even a photo ID. Not much communication at the receptionist. I had questions and no one was available.

Now Keira (Keke) the dental assistant was remarkable in making my visit comfortable. The male Dentist wasn’t very friendly to me or the staff. I’ll see how his attitude is next week. That’s all for now…. To be continued……

The office was professional; the initial exam was thorough and the explanation of recommendations made sense....for a layman. There was a quick review of payment options facilitated by the office manager to help plan my upcoming services. Extensive dental work is not pleasurable but the experience at this office was extremely helpful.

I would give zero stars if I could. Update on 4/27/2025 - No refund a month later. Update on 4/12/2025 - No refund has been received over 2 weeks later. Original review: I had a good first visit where I got x-rays and consultation for cavities. The dentist and assistants were friendly. Upon my second visit, after getting some cavities filled, I requested consultation for wisdom tooth removal.

An office manager provided me with the quote and recommendations for the procedures with an oral surgeon. They let me know if I paid for the procedure as quoted in my treatment plan that day, I would be able to schedule the procedure with the oral surgeon. I paid and booked the appointment for 3 weeks out. The day of the procedure they pull me to speak with a different office manager who tells me it will be over TWO THOUSAND dollars MORE for the procedure than I had already paid for and took 3 days of PTO for recovery. I did not have over $2k to pay out unexpectedly. What's really frustrating is at no point in the 3 weeks prior was I contacted regarding any changes to the quoted cost, they waited until the day of my appointment when I walked into the office to let me know.

They did offer financing but it was so shocking to be told this after I was told I already paid the for full cost of the procedure, to be honest it felt like a bait-and-switch. There was no explanation except that the cost of a CT scan was not covered via my dental insurance. This scan was never shown on the treatment plan I paid for nor was I ever updated before the day I was supposed to have my wisdom teeth removed. Very, very disappointed. I requested a refund for the original amount I was charged for the removals, since I ended up leaving and not going through with it due to the unexpected cost.
