The staff and dentist (Dr. Hall) were extremely kind and professional. I had an emergency repair of my partial plate and they had an opening and accommodated me in a few days. I appreciate the good dialog with the dentist and the quality of the xrays. The staff were all very good at their roles. I do have a little anxiety about Aspen as I read online many horror stories about the actual buisness model of this type of dental practice. I value the access and accommodation they provide. My concerns are I am considering implants and online many people have written about poorly fitted implants and dentures.

It kinda gives you the feel of a Banfield vet clinic but for teeth. No one was aggressive about treatment plans. Everyone was kind, however I don't have a regular dentist office to compare the price range of services yet that I am considering. My appointment was at 7:30 and I left with my partial (minor repair) at 11. I am unsure if that is how long it normally takes to be run through the new patient process and do this repair. Long and short. . .

they fixed my partial plate and I am greatful. Positive conversation with the doctor and staff. Unsure at this point about services. . . will research further before making decisions. Full Sedation for implant not an option at this location but we discussed how it could be accomplished.

I was very nervous and fearful, but all I can say is excellent review from the time I walked in until the time I walked out the door . When I tell you Aspen made me fill welcomed helped with a dental plans savings and was determined that I would smile proudly again .

This is the best experience I ever had because they all when I say the whole entire staff today walked in love and excellence. This is a dentist office they doesn’t judge you and that’s what a lot of people look for from a denist office and they delivered ! Shout out to the whole team they treated me with integrity and dignity I’m still feeling the excitement for choosing Aspen Dental today!

Everyone treated us very nice. My husband & I were greeted warmly by someone at the front. Tianna was very patient working with my husband George Jr. , a stroke survivor. Dr.

Baldwin was very nice, kind & professional. Lakeesha was a very patient & compassionate finance person. I could hardly believe how wonderful everyone in that office treated us. Even when we passed staff in the halls, they spoke.

When I walked in the Aspen Dental door the entire staff were so very polite and friendly. They truly took the nervousness and fear away . Everyone that was on staff today walked in love and excellence! Nobody knew me it was my first visit .

From checkin, my X-rays, lab tech , dentist and checkout that team rocked ! I finally found a place that didn’t judge you for the dental treatment you needed for that I’m grateful and Dr Bowling the Denist she took time to listen and didn’t treat me like a number and made sure that I would smile again proudly !! If you are looking for a dental office that cares about your dental need as well as you Aspen Dental is the place . I truly can say this team here is so amazing and you will not be disappointed or judged know matter what your dental need . Shout out again to the entire team for their warm hospitality!
