Everything went well except when it came to insurance. I was told that my insurance coverage did not cover my replacement dentures because I only had them for 4 years when I have had them for more 8 years. I was also told insurance only covered $144. 00, leaving me to finance $5,978. 00. When I returned home, I contacted my insurance company and was told my policy covered 50% of the cost for replacements which would leave me to pay only about $3000.

00. My insurance card was not requested to check my coverage and when presented I was asked for just my driver's license. I was very pleased with the staff, they were professional and friendly. It was just when it came to the insurance.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit here. I love me some Emily! She has a warm smile and a welcoming attitude. My dental assistant, my hygienist, and my dentist were all amazing and beautiful black women that ensured that I was fully educated on everything and made me feel completely comfortable. I would recommend Aspen in Newnan to anybody looking for a new dental office!

Aspen Dental took amazing care of my son Brayden when he had a severe toothache. Dr. Veronica Joseph was kind, patient, and thorough—she explained the best antibiotic options and gave us multiple treatment paths. You can truly feel the care and compassion from the whole team. Highly recommend!

OMG where do I start🤔ok I have nothing but good news all the way around. First I called the number I found online and the lady was very helpful and delightful also kind and sweet. She made my appointment over the phone so when I got to the facility everyone was sooo kind and welcoming, I didn't have to wait long to be brought to the back to get my X-rays etc. .

but I had to get extractions done and Doc V was the bomb I didn't get the young lady that was helping her but they both was very nice and kept me so calm while I was getting my procedure done so I just was satisfied through my whole process and I would recommend anyone to go there and see Doc V 🤩also Ms Gayla was very very helpful with my payment plan and talking me through the whole thing. I'm happy I'm not hurting anymore and I owe it all to Aspen Dentistry Doc Veronica. Thank you guys so much
