I recently scheduled an appointment online for a toothache, and the office staff called to confirm. However, during the call, I was incorrectly told that I had never been a patient there before. When I clarified that this was not the case, the staff member became short and dismissive. On the morning of my appointment, the same staff member called again, stating that they had now found my records but would not see me unless I agreed to pay for additional X-rays out of pocket—despite already having my previous records. Then explained that my insurance would not cover the extra cost.

I did not wish to proceed with unnecessary X-rays as they try to X-ray you every time I make an appointment with them. The conversation became tense. Rather than working toward a solution, I was met with an unprofessional and aggressive attitude. Ultimately, I was told, “I guess you’re canceling your appointment then,” leaving no room for discussion. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of customer service, and this experience was unacceptable.

My wife has also had similar negative interactions with the staff in the past. Due to the unprofessionalism and lack of courtesy, we will be finding a new dental office. I cannot recommend this practice to others based on the way we were treated. This keeps it professional while still making your dissatisfaction clear. I have no ins and they set me up with payment info and pulled my teeth as I wanted right at the day of emergency appointment,,, I have high anxiety going to dentist and they made me feel more relaxed,, way better experience than the first time I went to a aspen dental in Alabama. . from the two people at the desk when you walk in to the dental assistant to the dentist, there are all very friendly and didn’t make you feel lesser than,,, I liked it there .

I recently established my son with Aspen Dental and we have had a great experience so far. He had to get some work done that took almost an hour. The dentist was very thorough and his assistant, Paige, was nothing short of amazing. Paige was so helpful, had a great personality and I could tell she really enjoys her job. I would highly recommend this office!

Paige from Aspen Dental recommended that I come to aspen when my insurance suddenly changed and I needed to get in somewhere fast. They were wonderful and accommodating even though I was a brand new patient. Paige explained everything step by step as she was helping with my crown installation.

She was fantastic and thorough and most importantly kept me calm during a procedure I have never had before. If you go to Saratoga Aspen Dental, ask for Paige. She truly is the best of the best!
