I was camping in the area as I do not live in this part of Ohio, called on Saturday morning and was seen within 2 hours. Staff and dentist were extremely pleasant. They performed X-rays and an exam with no wait time. I would definitely recommend this office to others!

I had a procedure done and they said that they would call in 3 prescriptions. Made multiple attempts to get the prescriptions called in over the next 4 days. The prescriptions were never called in and I had to go to med express to get what was needed. It has taken a lot longer to heal because they could not do their job correctly.

I would give them zero stars if it would let me. I will never use their service again and I will tell everyone about how bad they are.

Nice staff and quick service. Update- The dentist is very rude and does not know what he’s doing. I am currently disputing the service. Went for a broken tooth in the front of my mouth. He made me a crown. The crown keeps falling out. He said it’s because I don't wear my partials. I didn’t wear them one day. He didn’t even know he already sold me partials and tried to get me to buy them again. I said I already have them. He claims he stand by his work but while I was in the chair he said Makenzie get over here and I could hear him saying make sure you note in the chart because she is missing back teeth the crown will continue to fall out.

Well wouldn’t you know it hasn’t even been 24 hours and this tooth is falling out again. I put my partials back in as soon as I got home. Never took them out! So he is full of it. Something is wrong with the way he made this tooth or he isn’t properly putting it in. I know people who have had crowns for years and they never had these issues. I paid them another $35 yesterday for absolutely nothing. I didn’t even eat yesterday because I wanted to make sure I didn’t have the same issues again. Less than 24 hours is pretty ridiculous when you pay over 1200 dollars for a service. Let’s not mention the way he barks at these women in the office. I am so fed up with this so called dentist. Please think twice before you go there.

It truly isn’t worth it. I never received a cleaning and I know I have more issues with teeth than the front tooth. He didn’t spend 5 minutes looking in my mouth When I went in I was in so much pains while he was drilling I was crawling up the seat and as a 38 year old woman who has been to the dentist a lot it shouldn’t have hurt that bad. He said “I’m quick if you just let me do it. “ ugh I’m so pissed off I should have never went back after he hurt me so bad. Please please do not go here to be treated like crap and waste you money. He doesn’t not care about his patients. The women are friendly but they help him take advantage of you.

Our dentist retired so thought I’d give Aspen Dental a try. Bad mistake! Paid $200. 00 on 3-7-25 for my cleaning which was scheduled for 4-9-25. When I got there I was told that I owed 25 cents?? The hygienist then cleaned my teeth and then did a periodontal charting after which she told me that I would have to come back on 5-7-25 so that she could polish them.

When I got there on 5-7-25, I was told that it would be another $182. 00 ?? Very shady practice. I strongly recommend you to stay away from there. Now have appointment with dentist in Geneva…thank goodness!
