Detailed Introduction

Aspen Dental is a prominent brand in the dental industry, operating as a network of independently owned and operated dental practices across the United States. These practices are supported by Aspen Dental Management, Inc. (ADMI), a dental support organization (DSO). ADMI provides comprehensive administrative and business support services, including marketing, staffing, patient billing, and insurance negotiations, allowing the dentists to focus primarily on patient care. Founded in 1998, Aspen Dental's mission is to make dental care more accessible and affordable, particularly for individuals who may not have a regular dental provider or face financial constraints. Their locations are often strategically placed in "dental deserts" or areas with a high need for dental services. The services offered at Aspen Dental locations are extensive and include: General Dentistry: Routine check-ups, cleanings, fillings, and comprehensive exams. Cosmetic Dentistry: Teeth whitening, veneers, dental crowns, clear aligners (Motto®), and dental bonding. Restorative Dentistry: Dental implants, dentures (full and partial), dental bridges, and root canals. Oral Surgery: Tooth extractions, including emergency extractions. Periodontics: Treatment for gum disease. Emergency Dental Care: Walk-in and same-day appointments for urgent dental needs. Aspen Dental emphasizes patient access and affordability. They work with most insurance providers, offer third-party financing options (with a high approval rate), and have their own Aspen Dental Savings Plan. They also run initiatives like the "Healthy Mouth Movement" and "Day of Service," providing free dental care to U.S. veterans and underserved patients. While individual practices maintain clinical autonomy, the Aspen Dental brand promotes a consistent patient experience and leverages the benefits of a large network, such as greater buying power for equipment and materials, and extensive training and mentorship programs for their dentists. The company also highlights its Practice Ownership Program, which empowers dentists to become business owners with the backing of ADMI's support services. It's worth noting that like any large dental service organization, Aspen Dental has received varied patient feedback, including positive testimonials about their accessibility and care, as well as some complaints regarding billing issues and treatment recommendations. They aim for transparency in treatment plans and costs.

I was not told when making an appointment for denture repair that the technician was not in on Monday's. So I have to go back another time to see if the repair can be made. Also why do you need x-rays if you just want a repair done, I do not need the staff to try and talk me into getting new dentures. Mine work fine.

So far I’ve had three appointments here - first for a consult, where everyone was very understanding and human about the price and issues surrounding scheduling and payment. Second was for gingivitis, which I had the same hygienist as who had spoken to me the day before (they were able to get me in for tooth pain day of, and schedule an appointment to start my treatments the very next day), and she recalled my fear of the dentist and went over everything very thoroughly, as well as telling me what I’m doing right, not only what I’m doing wrong, when cleaning my teeth. My third appointment saw the dentist, who did fillings and fitted me for a crown; he was similarly concerned with my fear and wellbeing, as was the hygienist here too, and they were very apologetic for things taking longer than they should have that day.

Liked the experience so much that I’ve gotten my husband to schedule a visit here too. :)

The staff at Aspen dental is very good at what they do. They are very professional and friendly. My satisfaction is higher than any other dentists I have been to previously.

Hey Bob

Hey Bob

this place is amazing.. modern state of the art equipment.. very happy with the work done. and very festive for the holidays! One thing to be aware of the hygienist is overwhelmed i think because getting in can take a long time so don’t miss that appointment! finally to see her! Shout out to Lindsey hygienist for allowing me to record my visit!
