A total disappointment. Members of the team are kind but the communication and execution of my dental implant was a disheartening failure. I’d been waiting months for the completion of my implant, leaving what I thought was plenty of time before my birthday this weekend, but not only once but twice they dropped the ball and brought in the wrong tooth. They were ready to implant the first one before I stopped them to show it was the completely wrong tooth.

The same thing happened today, only I was told I could hurry in and have it taken care of only to be told after I was already waiting in the chair for five minutes that it was once again incorrect. Are you kidding me? Did they not look first to insure this time was correct? Apparently not. Again. Just sucks all around because the relationship started out good but I guess that’s how they get you.

Canceled everything after they said it would be yet another couple weeks for a new one. No faith in that. I hardly ever leave reviews but this experience was so sad.

I woke up one morning a few weeks ago with mouth pain. Knowing I am waiting to be eligible for insurance I was trying to hold off on going in. Finally the pain was so bad I searched around and the Holland office was able to fit me in in less than a week. I drove 2 hours to see if something could be done, then quickly realized they didn’t have any intention on doing anything that day. First impression with the doctor was friendly until I had explained to him I had no insurance and his demeanor completely changed.

He was rude and very unfriendly. He finally agreed to do something if he had time, then proceeded to have one of his assistants take me to billing where they had explained how much it would cost, I was in so much pain so I agreed to pay $304 to have my tooth extracted. They told me it would be about an hour, I agreed and went to the waiting room. They called me back very quickly. The dr came in got me numbed up again very rude.

About 30 minutes had passed and he came in to do the procedure. Pulled the tooth out and never once did he rinse or offer to rinse all the excess blood and spit out of my mouth. Put a piece of gauze in and walked me to the front. He didn’t even give me extra gauze to change out in my 2 hour drive home.

I was having a problem with my lower partial from another dental place. So for 2 years I didn't wear it. Today, it took Dr. Johnson all of 5 minutes to fix the problem. I can finally wear it comfortably and eat on this side! Thank you so much! Everyone is very friendly!

I broke my denture and needed to find a dentist to start the process of making me a new set. I made that very clear to the person on the phone when I made the apt. It was great that I called and 45 mins later I was at my apt. The front desk people are lovely and friendly. I was brought back to a room that hadn't even been cleaned. So I had to stand on the wall and wait for the room to be cleaned. The lady working with me was wonderful. She made me comfortable and was proactive while waiting for Dr. Johnson. Apparently everyone else was more important. My apt was at 130pm I finally saw the dentist for 3 mins flat at 230pm. I had impressions made while waiting. He told me I couldn't wear the dentures I had broken (well duh, they are literally cracked in half completely). He used fancy talk said that he was going to fix my broken denture (which I was told is not possible) and then make. my new. denture.

the hydenist explained to me why he would do that. Not the dentist after I asked twice and got no response. He did something on his computer and said they would tell me my options as I checked out. The person checking me out didn't seem to understand what was going on. I had to explain what my insurance needed. What had been done (impression). What was the next step. Then the dentist made. sure to make me. feel bad that I didn't have another $1,000 over what my insurance would cover. So I couldn't get "the better" dentures. I would be stuck with the basics that were really not that good he kept saying. Pretty sad that the dentist would sY that at but it shows they really only care about how. much money they can suck from you. Truly disappointed, but I have no teeth currently and have to get new dentures so I have to go to them as I have started the process already. Pray I get decent teeth! Part #2! Eating a soft shell taco, i hear the loudest snap AGAIN, sure thing my top dentures cracked down the middle.

From front 2 teeth down the middle of the denture. Wasnt even a solid 6 months and the teeth that were made at Destiny Dental have broken. I am very unhappy with the appearance of the teeth to begin with. You dont even see my top teeth unles i grin so big and lift my upper lip. That is ridiculous, then breaking so soon. I was told they would immediately make a new plate for me and they would contact me asap. Yeah right! A week and a half passed and I called curious about what is happening. The lady put me on hold, to come back and tell me "your teeth have been sitting here 3 days now, must have just forgot to call you". Seriously? So a whole week late i have an apt. All while I should have never been without my teeth but cheaply made teeth are of course not going to last. I maybe have to go through the entire process of getting a new "set" of teeth again, its up to the dentist. The same one who made me feel so crummy for being unable to get the more expensive teeth to begin with. I do not recommend Aspen Dental due to there attitudes & actual products. Just don't waste hope time or money there.
