My family and I moved to the area almost a year ago and we were looking to find a dentist office that was closer than the one we were previously going to. I had heard good things about the Aspen in Mebane and decided we should try them out. From the beginning of the appointment to the end, the staff was very friendly and professional, providing informative feedback pertaining to me and my needs.

My husband also had an appointment with them and loved his experience as well. They were even able to get started on treatment same day! Can’t say enough good things about them. If you’re looking for a dentist office and you’re in the area, I highly recommend them!

Jasmine was my hygienist. She has been nothing but amazing and informative about my dental care. She also is my daughter’s hygienist as well and her recommendations were amazing and they supported me with next steps to prepare my daughter for the future when it comes to the orthodontist. She was very polite and cater to all of my needs and accommodations.

My hygienist Mrs Jasmin was super nice, and conversational. She tried her best to make me feel at home and comfortable, my actual dentist was also conversational and explained everything to help me understand what was going on and what needed to be done. The lady who helped me with billing and stuff, she was super nice as well.

She broke down the cost of everything and why everything was billed the way it was. My experience was amazing, far better than my first experience.

It's really no stars I want people to read I've been fighting with Aspen Dental since 2019 I paid $2,500 for my daughter's denture and high point which they did them wrong sure lady contacted me and sent her over to Mebane NC to fix their mistake but finding out now that they gave my daughter teeth that looked like a horse teeth she went from being all crooked on a denture to horse teeth My daughter is also in the fire of the apartments in Mebane she lost everything that she owned and these guys want to charge me $1,000 to get her another dentures when the first pair wasn't right the second pair wasn't right and they said through corporate each store is individually owned by the doctor so I asked corporate what his purpose was he had no purpose these people want to finance my daughter which means a credit check which means interest which means she would pay double by the time they got paid off Aspen dental is not going to get another dime from my family I had the same thing happened to me in Ohio My denture didn't even look like I had one in I went back to my old denture and I will never use Aspen dental again I want my money back I'm hearing on the recordings when I'm on hold that there's a money back guarantee well guess what My daughter's teeth are melted in a fire I can't return them they told me to return them to the store how this company has not went under yet is mind-blowing and I know how these reviews work when they get a bad review they get somebody they know to put in a good review when they get a bad review and they get somebody else to come in and put in a good review to keep their rating up I know how it all works I give it 4 stars so that people will read what I've wrote so they don't make the same mistakes look at all the reviews highest lowest newest and make your decisions My daughter lost everything in a fire everything how am I supposed to return melted burn up dentures somebody answer that one for me Where's the compassion Where's the help? So I get a call this morning from the Mebane office I got circled around saying sorry about your luck I said how are you even open. .

. due to flooding non-essential workers only she told me she was a health facility oh so can my daughter come up and and take a bath in your bathroom I don't think she like me saying that so I called corporate back again and basically told him to stick it up their butts because you circled me around back to the same person that I called in the beginning Don't use Aspen dental
