This was an incredible visit!!! I was so so nervous about restarting my dental health journey and everyone here made the experience wonderful from start to finish. I am actually looking forward to getting my dental work completed because I know I am in good hands here. I had the pleasure of working with Ryleigh, Destiny, Kim, Rachel, and Dr. Sunny today and it truly was a great experience.

I love the non judgemental and positive atmosphere. Very happy I found a new home dentist and I am confident that the excellent experience will continue for all my dental needs. Thank you Aspen Dental Hanover!

No Stars. . . went in for a cavity and after the exam from the doctor the hygienist came in and said that I had gum problems. After that I was sat down with a office manager who explained to me that they would not fix my cavity until I had a gum treatment which was going to be $1600 out of pocket.

I explained that I only wanted my cavity fixed because my tooth hurt but the won't fix the cavity until I paid for all the other bullcrap they tried to sell me. . . . STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Everyone i come in contact with was nice and pleasant to work with. The facility was clean and very inviting. The only reason I didn't rate it a 5 star is because before my appointment there was very little information given to me. Now I understand that they couldn't give me total. cost because they didn't know what I was dealing with, however, they didn't ask if I was on any medication, they didn't tell me if I should take my medication before my visit. I didn't take it because I was in pain and I was expecting to get my teeth pulled or cut out.

Becausr of that. my blood pressure was to high and they couldn't do anything. I live 1hour and 30 mins away from the office so i couldn't just go home and take it and come back. So I basically wasted my trip to be told I need them taken out and many more.

I don’t normally post reviews but this was a great experience at Aspen. I have high dentist anxiety and they were so nice.

We had a huge issue with my insurance and turns out they are no longer in network. They reassured me not to worry, they’d handle it and sure enough they did! Front desk is so nice and patient, dentist was incredibly sweet, hygienist was nice and even the wonderful lady who did all my X-rays! Overall everyone was just so kind! We will be back once we get our insurance figured out! Thank you for making my experience a good one!
