Well, where do I start first I was looking for a water pic for about two hours between CVS Walgreens, Walmart and target as my frustration grew. I decided to call the dental office and I got to speak to the person that makes the appointment and she stated that they did have a water pick there when I came in. I brought the last one my anxiety immediately began to calm down because I knew what I needed and I was getting frustrated.

I find it so at the end of the day, the Dental Office came through for me for what I needed when I needed it. I’m currently not a patient there, but if I ever needed to go there in event of an emergency Situation that’s the place I would go

I I had several teeth pulled on the bottom and was very nervous, but my doctor was extremely kind and sensitive to my needs. She really helped to calm me down and was just super nice. I would recommend her to anyone, but of course I can’t remember her last name but I had an appointment on Monday the 28th at 11:30 and she was wonderful

I purchased my dentures from Aspen Dental 2 or 3 years ago. I do not have dental insurance. I paid for the most expensive ones ($1,500) because, I was told, they were made of the best material, among other benefits, including a 7 year warranty. I'm really glad there was a warranty because I've had 6 or 7 teeth fall out since then. Fortunately, just one at a time until this time when one of the front teeth came out shortly after another fell out. Currently, the denture is splitting in half for the third time.

I live 45 minutes to an hour from Aspen Dental in Glen Burnie, which means I must take off a full day work to get my dentures repaired. I was able to get two of the teeth repaired at the Annapolis location (new location as of June 2024. ) However, they were not able to fix the break/crack in the denture due to the offices having different methods of making the dentures. Highly disappointed.

I took my mom there for a toothache and to ask about pulling the rest of her teeth because they were rotted and broken. They . let us know after her exam what her insurance covered and got her in quickly for a new patient. They put her on antibiotics for infection and she came back for tooth pulling. She only had discomfort with after her procedure which was addressed. They all were very professional with their care and complete with everything that was done.

Post op care was explained . She already was scared about getting this done but felt safe and in good hands with the care they gave. We will definitely be back again for any other care needed. Recommend them for care of patients. Will go back again for care!!!!
