It’s been a hot minute since I’ve been to the dentist. I have horrible anxiety about it. The First Lady who did my X-rays was okay. She wasn’t super friendly, but also was NOT unfriendly. She did what needed to be done. She wasn’t soft with the part that goes in the mouth for the X-ray, but it wasn't bad enough that I wanted to say anything. This is who I spent the most of my visit with. I also was a lady who checked out my gums, the dentist and the office manager.

The lady who checked out my gums and the dentist were both really gentle. I explained my anxiety, and both handled me with care. The office manager was great to work with. She was friendly and set up future appointments after verifying what my insurance covers and what my responsibility would be. Overall, the experience was as expected. Nothing spectacular but nothing terrible either.

The staff at Aspen Dental was extremely nice. Everyone had a great personality and had great advice for my teeth. They came up with a great plan to fix my teeth. I am very happy about it!!

I needed a tooth extraction 4-21-25 . On my first appointment I ended up getting it accomplished. It was awesome, the dentist did a great job in about 2 minutes. Fast and efficient service at a great price !

I would give 0 if I could. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, then I wasn't called back until 20 minutes after my appointment time. They did apologize for being short staffed. When i finally saw the dentist i was told me teeth look good, no cavity or any issues. Then he said i need 3 crowns!? I aksed him to elaborate and he gave no good reason why this was being recommended. After my xrays an I was told to sit tight while they get the hygienist. I waited for over 15 minutes in the chair before I went looking for someone.

When I asked where the hygienist was I was told she won't be ready for another 30 minutes 😒. I protested saying that I had an appointment time why am I waiting over 45 minutes to see the hygienist. There only response was that the other person had an appointment too. Do not come here staff is rude, they do not respect your time or money. Scammers and thief's.
