Our experienced dental professionals are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality care.
I haven’t been seen by a dentist in many years. Worried I’d be judged for neglecting my teeth for as long as I have. Not only was everyone super kind from start to finish. They explained things well and gave me a good understanding on what to expect for my future. Awesome job to everyone that helped me today!

Felt like I was in a used car lot instead of a health office. All the technicians/dentist on the medical side were nice enough and were helpful. Front desk and office people made it quite clear my health and concerns were secondary to getting charged and paying as much as they can get from you, expect to feel like a open wallet instead of a human. Not awful people but a awful dental corporation.
EDIT: the $1500+ work Aspen told me I needed to get done ASAP and the couple hundred dollars of "gingavitis work" they told me to buy before they could do anything was apparently bullshit, since I went to TWO different dental office's and they both reassured me that I do not need what Aspen was trying to sell me and performed the $1500+ of work for less then $200 perfectly. Aspen is shady.

I've been going to Aspen Dental since July 2024, all my multiple appointments have been quick n pleasant with each team member, always treated with respect. Had to have all lower teeth pulled n 2 implants and a lower denture made couldn't really wear the temporary plate as it was to painful but at second visit I was told it's better to heal than to feel so I actually never able to wear them again, but after getting my permanent denture they felt great looked great but couldn't eat with them they were too big n full but they did get me back in to keep getting adjustments, which I had my 4th adjustment yesterday and I think I've finally got them to where they fit good n am able to eat with them and not having any issues with them now.
They have done a great job getting me they this process, only complaint I've got is it would take 2-3 weeks for me each time to get an appointment for adjustments the day after my adjustments, but all in all they do Great work and I feel like they fit good n look good n natural. Thank you

Consumer beware! They will pray on your ignorance about everything to do shoddy work and charge you more money. They will instantly try to sell you their special toothbrush for over $200. 00 in the first appointment. It will be a part of their "treatment plan" with you. I went to them in 2022 and I have had to get all of the work in my mouth redone due to their negligence. I had multiple fillings that needed to be redone because they didn't fully get the cavity out of the tooth. I had a permanent crown placed on my tooth November 2022, it was placed improperly by a technician and not the doctor (which is illegal in the State of Illinois). The permanent crown was cemented on my tooth too low to where it didn't fully encompass the filling on my tooth which has caused me to have an extremely large abscess on that tooth and a root canal.
I have spoken to reputable dentists who advise that while this is something that can happen with crowns, it was due to crown being improperly fitted to my tooth and had it been correct back in 2022, I would not be experiencing these issues. I had one appointment where I met with the doctor about the tooth. She claimed that the cavity is what was causing the incorrect placement on my permanent crown, it looks like a ridge from the crown to the natural tooth. I went back to my reputable dentist and learned that the ridge Aspen's doctor claimed was formed due to cavity was over a previous filling Aspen dental did. A filling doesn't degrade on the tooth due to a cavity, the tooth around it will but the filling would stay the same. I then went back to Aspen dental and spoke with the office manager about this. The office manager explained to me that it was a difference of medical opinion on if the cap was property placed on the tooth or not and that I would need to speak with the doctor again to talk about it more. When I pushed to make an appointment to discuss that with the doctor, the doctor showed up to speak with me.
The Doctor said that the same thing as always, that it was a difference of medical opinion on the crown. She did admit that they didn't even know who put in my permanent crown in 2022, which is just great. Their only recourse was to refund me the amount that I personally paid for the crown back in 2022 (approximately 400 dollars), not the money my insurance paid into it and also not the price it is costing for me to fix their mistake. Save your money and sanity, got to a dentist that you can't schedule the appointment for online. And look up all the lawsuits against Aspen Dental as a company due to their negligence and predatory nature.
