Staff was excellent even bought my daughter some Pizza. They were very understanding but Prices are way outrageous charging outside cost of insurance! I cannot believe how long the wait was with an appointment which is really hard with a person that has special needs. I will never take any family member back way over priced.

Aspen Dental needs to learn about how to work with special needs patients and understand that you may not get an X-ray and that’s ok. It’s not about the money it’s about taking care of the customer .

Took my 72 year mom to Aspen Dental at Fairlawn office for comprehensive dental care. Mya, Dr Patel and office manager Taylor are outstanding at giving great patient experience start to finish. Thanks to Dr Patel! she was very attentive and explained everything that needs to be done and why in detail.

The whole team made her feel comfortable and taken care of during visit. Its not their fault dental insurance companies doesn’t cover most costs of treatments but they work very hard to keep your oral health intact and healthy smiles! I recommend making your appointments at this office for your oral needs or dental emergencies
