All of the techs are really nice and consistently show care and concern about any issues I may be having. They are the best part of Aspen. On the other hand the clerical/management treat you like a number. The lady that handles financing will smile once you agree to pay thousands of dollars on a dental plan but after that she will not even acknowledge your existence.

Again, the staff is awesome. The dentist is great. The people behind the scenes not so much.

Arrived to a very nice clinic, i was immediatly impressed with how nice the clinic was. The receptionist was very helpful and courteous, and made a great first impression with her great personality. I was suprised by how modern all of the equipment was.

CJ was the first person to help me and she really took her time and explained everything well, she constantly checked that I was comfortable, answered every question and was very positive throughout my appointment. The rest of the staff we just as friendly, helpful, and patient, taking their time to explain what was going on, and answering all of my questions, hands down this was the best experience I have ever had in a dental office, great job!

Aspen Dental was able to get me in the next morning. This was great because I was in a lot of pain. The staff was awesome! All of them were friendly and helpful. Everything was explained thoroughly. Financial options were also explained. I was very happy with their service and willingness to work around my schedule.

My first appointment was great. The staff is so nice! The dental assistant (CJ) was very pleasant and personable- really put me at ease. I was happy to talk with the manager that mapped out all of my appointments. Very flexible and understanding. Also a lot cheaper than other dentists I've been to! Happy patient here!
