Steven the X-ray guy was phenomenal. The hygienist was an angel and the dentist was very kind thorough in explaining everything . The office manger became frustrated when I asked questions about the cost of my plan . I have set on her side of the desk before of course I am going to ask questions. Very unprofessional to get upset about that .

First time today at Aspen Dental. Just down the street from my house so very convenient. Easy parking out front at the 8am appointment. The office was very clean, everyone had kind smiles. My appointment was efficient and effective! Elvis was a great hygienist and so was Tirso who did my x-rays—both gentle, kind and knowledgeable. Thank you Aspen Dental team!

First aspen dental said i had an outstanding balance of over $300. I pay my bills as they occur. Then they said it was for the appointment that day. I asked $300 for a cleaning. They said it includes an exam and X-rays. I said I didn't ask for those items. They said it was standard practice after a year to schedule another exam.

At my insistance they cancelled that. I said I would not be back to Aspen. After my cleaning they said see you next visit. I said I would never be back. They laughed at me.

By far the worst dentist I’ve ever been to, I paid for my services upfront. I think they only require like 30 or 60%. I paid it all which was a mistake. I went in for a deep clean, a filling and to get a tooth extracted. the tooth was abscessed, the dentist still pulled it this is what my mouth looked like the next day.

I went in a few days later because it was making my head hurt from the infection. I don’t know the dentist name, but he is terrible and I left with no special instructions, there is a dentist that is good there, but he only works on Fridays. He fixed the problem cleaned it all out gave me antibiotics which the first dentist never even sent me home with even though it was abscessed when he pulled it. The lady at the front desk is just rude with a smile on her face. My first appointment I showed up for, I confirmed the text message.

I confirmed the email but I missed the call and I showed up for nothing. They canceled my appointment although I was 30 minutes early Never even got a phone call for my last appointment to get my tooth filled. They canceled on me yet again, and I haven’t got it filled because now they tell me, I can’t schedule an appointment. I basically just have to come and hang out there all day until they have an open slot so I’m out my money, I don’t recommend this dentist to anybody unless you need to get something done quickly cause that’s all they do and now they have sent me a bill, even though I was paid in full from the beginning and I have insurance.
