Absolutely fraudulent and unethical. Avoid this office at all costs. I came in for what should have been a straightforward procedure: a tooth extraction and crown replacement. I had dental insurance, but the staff claimed it wasn’t covered. Trusting them, I took out a $1,070 loan from American First Finance through Aspen Dental. A few days later, I checked my insurance—only to find they billed it anyway for the exact procedure they said wasn’t covered. They double-charged me, plain and simple.

When I confronted them, they called it a “mistake” and promised I’d be reimbursed and the loan canceled. That was almost a year ago. I’m still stuck fighting the loan and never saw a refund. This office is a textbook example of what’s wrong with American healthcare—dishonest, predatory, and utterly unaccountable. If you value your money or peace of mind, stay far away.

Storm Feather

Call yesterday schedule an appointment with a Sprague location and I explained to the young lady exactly what I needed done then I got a call back today to confirm to them that I would make the appointment they explained to me that they would do an initial x-ray series and meet with the hygienist and meet with the doctor and do a consultation on plan of care. I called because what I need to have done is plain and simple I have a tooth that has sensitivity I would like to have the area cleaned and have that tooth filled all the other things that they need to do we can do it a better time but I'm not going to go through a bunch of stage one procedures in order to get a tooth filled.

For some reason it appears that the person listening to my first phone call and the people who work there had completely different agendas so I'll go elsewhere

I went for a second opinion on a crown I got a couple months ago as my previous dentist wants to go straight to an implant if the crown keeps bothering me. Dr.

Chauhan and her team did a full evaluation and gave me a couple noninvasive suggestions and said a root canal would be the next step, not an implant. They were all so caring and thorough and the front office staff was very friendly and helpful!

This was one of the best experiences I have had at a dentist. I have limited mobility in my mouth and the dentist was really good and very considerate about my limitations. She worked with me and made me very comfortable with my exam today. I recommend 100% using this dentist and her office staff was really nice and helpful
