Started going to Aspen in January. Went in specifically for a visible cavity. They were supposed to fill it. Did not…but gave me several stories about what I was seeing. First saying it was gum damage and needed to grow back.

Then they tell me it’s a partial filling and has to be completed. What?!?! Then a fourth visit I finally get the truth. He NEVER FILLED IT! That’s what I went in for. Oh but he messed up the filling he DID do and that had to be fixed and then they finally filled the one I went in originally for but this was three months later and of course it got worse so the filling is sitting next to the nerve and not surprisingly I have pain STILL. They missed a cavity on the left also.

I have pain all over my mouth now MONTHS after going in the first time. Every appt is late and I do first thing in the morning appts so there’s no excuse. They claim they take walk ins but they attempted to schedule me out FIVE months on a filling! What dentist lets rot and decay sit in a patients mouth for five months and how are they too busy to attend to situations like that?!?! They are terrible and I will not go back AND I’ll be sure everyone in my circle knows how terrible they are! Worst dental experience ever! Avoid at all costs if you value your teeth!!!!!!

A Swift

im sure there are some wonderful professionals who work here and i was treated with lots of care and respect. however, i felt at the end that i was being "sold" a package not being treated for dental work. i didnt need the "special" extra cleaning that I was told i had to get done before they would do additional work (mind you, i came in specifically for my cavities and fillings to be redone since i have sensitivity and i already had a cleaning done somewhere else).

it just felt like a money grab with the whole sales pitch. i probably wont go there again or to any other chain based dental offices but i outside of the whole sales pitch, i thought the office was nice and the people there were nice as well.

The folks at this location are wonderful. I was headed out on vacation, and needed some work done. They got me in same day after I accidentally scheduled the wrong day. The staff were kind and patient. I highly recommend them.

They take my ins. So I’m tried them. Very happy w the dentist and hygienist. Professional, competent. Both were temporaries so must be turn over there. Very disappointed w the whole aspen m. o. of upselling “required” services. they park you in a room.

The (sales) mgr takes you to his office, and gives you a treatment plan, saying the dr or hygienist says you need fluoride varnish etc. . I just said no thank you and he quickly changed his tone and acquiesced. For a moment it felt like buying a used car or talking to dealership service mgr. Luckily I have good teeth. I can’t imagine what they might come up w. If I had issues.
