I went into the dental office so scared of the procedure and also being judge because of the condition my teeth were in , due to depression & pregnancies. When I got to the back Itearia ( dental assistant) was soooo welcoming , funny and nice. She made me feel super comfortable and made me more confident about my teeth reassuring me they weren’t as bad as I thought they were. No matter if this office takes my insurance or not I will forever come to this office based off my experience here.

Everyone is so nice from the front desk all the way into the back. 10/10 service and I would’ve never thought I would have said that about a dentist office.

Staff so courteous and helpful. Very uncomfortable when I went in but felt more confident and hopeful after appt. Got appointment very quickly - next day when I called. Dori was extremely courteous - really made me feel comfortable.

Not pleased with my service. I unfortunately had to switch dentist due to insurance. Very first time scheduling what I thought would be my regular 6 month cleaning with a dental hygienist and annual X-rays. When I arrived I only received X-rays and had to then make another appointment for teeth cleaning. I was told there was no dental hygienist in that day I got the X-rays. When I got my teeth cleaned I was told my teeth won’t get polished until I come back in 2 weeks for gingival screening.

This was a surprise to me. Dr. A never mentioned anything to me about concern for gingivitis on the initial appointment. Dr. A actually didn’t speak much at all and could improve his bedside manner, including explaining everything thoroughly with his patients. All he spoke about was the need to pull wisdom teeth and potential Invisalign.

Nothing about gingivitis. The dental hygienist told me I had no signs of gingivitis so he does not know why they put that on my bill. Now I’m am stuck paying a bill for a condition I don’t even have because I signed agreeing to pay. First and last time I will ever go to Aspen Dental. They are scamming.

Desk staff are pleasant, they got me in same day for an emergency situation when no one else would help me, and Dr Nelson was awesome. I still do not like this new practice of having you meet with a closer, or office manager, who takes the dentist's notes and tries to sell you on as much as they possibly can. The first number she threw at me was like $13'000, and then I had to poke and prod with questions to get the work down to only what I really needed, and a price that wasn't astronomical.

However, she was nice, and like I said this seems to be a new common practice. So overall I was happy with my experience at aspen dental, and would recommend.
