I had a really good experience with them today. Had all of my upper remaining teeth pulled and they did a quick job. They also numbed me up so well and the dentist and dental hygienist were super nice people. Also I’m only wearing my temporary dentures but I’ve already gotten quite a few compliments from friends and family. I can’t wait to see what the final pair looks like

I had to have a tooth extracted and was very nervous. Dr.Covington was fantastic at putting my mind at ease and let me know what he was doing every step of the way, his dental assistant Delaney did everything to make me feel comfortable and before I knew it the process was over. Just a great experience overall and I have had no pain where the tooth was extracted. 10 out of 10 experience.

Too soon to know. Had the initial look-see and very thorough xrays and imaging. The Dental technologist who imaged my teeth was quick and gentle, very kind. Impressed with their technology. The Dentist examined my oral condition & notified me of 2 cavities, so when I go back today for the cleaning and cavity repairs I will review again for that treatment. So far a-okay.

Know before you go. I read a lot of Better Business Bureau and other consumer review sites before checking this place out. The chain has a practice of performing dental work you can't afford, then making you commit to long-term payment plans. I came in today to ask if the office could do work within a limited scope, and the receptionist let me know that no, the dentist will do whatever he deems necessary after my exam. This lines up with what I had read elsewhere.

So I went a few minutes away to A Lifetime of Smiles. They told me that the dentist will explain the exam findings and will let me decide on the treatment I want and can afford. That is a sane, normal, ethical business practice, and I felt much more comfortable making an appointment with them.
