The worst experience with the manager and front desk every time. I came in with a broken tooth after making an appointment online and they could really careless. Not personable at all. Zero concern for how I felt. They just kept telling me that online appointments were for new patients and I should have called because I am an existing patient.
You would think that was followed up with but that’s ok we’ll see you, but no. Waited over a half hour for them to tell me they would accommodate me like it was a favor not because I made an appointment and it was an emergency, and to have a seat again. I went across the street to redwing and they are the nicest staff. They got me in and fixed it with in an hour and half.

Went in to get a second opinion/quote on needing a root canal. I talked to Kelly on the phone and she's greeted me every time I've gone in. The first place I went to only took 2 x-rays, and only of the specific tooth that was bothering me. Aspen took full X-rays including a 180° and Val, the DA, was great and made sure they came out ok. Dr T came in and went over them with me, confirmed a root canal was needed, and explained the process before asking if I had any questions. She answered them and made sure I was comfortable with everything, then introduced me to Syremba, who went over the financial aspect of everything.
I told him I did not have insurance, and was honest about what the first dentist I went to had quoted me. Syremba went over their quote with me, and then Aspen's quote; I asked a few questions, and he was able to bring it down a little more. Then he walked me through signing up for Care Credit, which was new for me. He even patiently waited while I called my husband to go over everything with him before actually signing up. Then he helped get me scheduled for everything, from the deep cleaning to the root canal, to the follow-up visits. When I went in for the cleaning Agata explained everything.
When I went in for the root canal the Dr and his assistant were great and it went smoothly. For the crown prep and then the placement, Val was great in explaining everything and assisting Dr T. They even got me out in time to make it to my daughter's track meet! Very happy with my overall experience and appreciative of the care and patience everyone showed.

Everyone at the Antioch Aspen Dental office is accommodating, friendly, respectful and kind. The services offered are performed with professionalism, enthusiasm and knowledge. They have less invasive state of the art equipment than I have experienced in most dental offices, which is beneficial to me, as I dislike invasive painful dentistry.
I admit, I was also concerned about Aspen Dental being a franchise, but once there I felt very cared for and fairly treated. Thank you to everyone at Antioch Aspen Dental

So apparently it takes 30 business days for their back office to transfer records to another dentist. That’s not true. It’s MUCH longer. I had a back to school dental visit for my kids here. Your first visit is multiple x-rays then false claims about work being needed. First kid was told she needed 12 cavities. So I took her to a different dentist who said it was 4. It took 2 MONTHS to have her records transferred from Aspen. The X-rays were so badly pixelated they were not useful.
I requested my son’s records be transferred in October 2024 to the new more trustworthy dentist. Multiple calls later still not done. Went to the new dentist today and they still have NOT received my son’s records. Receptionist is friendly at Aspen. But the back office is utterly shambolic. And so is their exaggerated claims about work you need to do. 1. Get a second opinion 2. Don’t expect to ever get your records transferred.
They upsell at your first appointment, then don’t want you having access to your X-rays as it will show their BS claims about with they say you need. You’ll need to pay out of pocket for new X-rays at a more trustworthy dentist. At ‘the owner’: take ownership. All my details and records are on file. I’m not reaching out anymore as it has been utterly futile in the past. You fix this.
