To say I have had bad experiences at the dentist would be an understatement. I am 67 and nothing causes me anxiety and sheer panic like knowing I have to see one. I have to have a Valium just to walk through the door.

The office I went to in Centennial Hills (Las Vegas ) was SO pleasant from the second you walk in until I left, I was never treated any way but exceptional! Each and every person took their time with me, explaining as they went along. I go back today for impressions and in a few weeks for cleaning and 7 teeth removed for my new partials. I am not nervous, I am so excited because I know they listened to me, understood my level of fear, met me where I was at and held my hand along the way! I will always sing their praise! I have found my new forever dentist! Thank you Dr Silvia Castro for exemplary work!

From the moment I entered the office I was greeted warmly. From everyone to Dr. Castro . I am pleased with their gentle and caring approach . So much so I went ahead with the procedure that needed to be taken care of. Now that I have had work done on my teeth I continue to look forward to seeing them as scheduled for my follow ups. Would I recommend this Aspen Dental yes I would.

**Edited** I started going to Aspen dental a couple of weeks ago and so far they have not disappointed. We have a nice clear plan of action. Everybody is so nice friendly. They have a state of the art facility.

I’m so glad I found them and Kaleah, Kendra, Murray and Dr Castro are a great team. 6/5/25-I have completed my dental plan and am very happy with my final results. I will be bringing my husband here as well.

I debated on making this review. But I feel like its important. I made a last minute appointment online because I was dealing with Terrible Tooth Pain and needed a tooth pulled. I triple checked that they took my insurance. Went in and got situated. No issues. Met with the Dr and they explained my plan and how to restore my teeth. I was excited and happy to get my smile back. Then I got sat down for billing. Almost immediately the numbers weren’t making sense. They wanted to charge me out of pocket for my dental care.

To the Tune of Nearly $6,000. Of course I stopped and said my insurance would cover this. And they said and were adamant it wasn’t. And offered me financing. Which I declined. Thankfully. The Office Manager put a “coupon” on my Bill and it shot down to $29 for the exam and $400 for the extraction. I still didn’t believe it. So I left. With the tooth pain still going on. I Found another dentist and they did the extraction for 1/3 less then Aspen wanted to charge me.

And they said my insurance would cover it. I’m not one to just assume. But there is definitely something shady here. Maybe its how insurance charges them. Maybe its the kick backs they get from getting you to finance or just that they make more money from you paying out of pocket. They also really tried to get me to do a good Google review. Which makes sense now because they want to shove the real reviews down the list. People were great. The office Manager is definitely doing some shady stuff for a payday.
