Very positive experience! I had experienced a detached crown late Thursday evening, and spent the following morning (today) looking for a dental practice that could take me (and my Medicare Advantage dental insurance) as an emergency to re-cement the crown. This location was about 40 minutes from my home and was relatively easy to locate and access. Staff was friendly and helpful, providing me with pricing and other useful info along the way. My exam was thorough and complete, before the dentist came in to re-attach my crown, which I had brought with me. The procedure was quick and painless.

I was thoroughly impressed with Aspen, and I intend to continue my (and my wife's) dental care at an Aspen location closer to where I live, that is only 15 minutes from my home. The closer location just wasn't able to see me today. I'm glad I came, Aspen has secured my business! EDIT LATER: Back then, I THOUGHT that Aspen would be getting my future business, as the initial experience was very positive. However, when my wife went to another Aspen location for an initial consult and a potential cleaning, they tried to sell us on a $3K set of trearments to address "serious gum disease", when her gums are actually pink and healthy. We did some further research and found that as a corporate dental enterprise with the Aspen umbrella owned by venture capital, they have an established pattern of selling expensive dental treatments that may not be necessary, in order to drive up profits.

There is an informative Frontline episode where Aspen was highlighted, I highly suggest that potential customers check it out. Have you ever heard of a dental practice that finds it necessary to have a marketing person trying to sell you something very expensive? We're used to hearing treatment plans directly from the dentist, and not from a marketing employee. We have since found other arrangements that will fit our needs.

Coming into Aspen Dental to get my dental bridge installed today was easy and the staff were very helpful before, during, and after the procedure. Dr. Kireru was exceptional and his dental assistants were great as well. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental for any dental needs.

This is by far the worst dentist I’ve ever been to. They are dishonest about nearly everything, especially when it comes to how long the entire process will take. Not only did the actual appointment take much longer than they initially said, but the overall time to get the work done and return for follow-ups was also far longer than expected. They canceled several of my appointments due to not having the proper equipment, which was extremely inconvenient.

They claim they can do implants, but they clearly don’t have the right equipment or reliable outside sources to complete the work within the timeframe they promise once the process begins. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve had the best experience ever here with my deep cleaning! I was nervous at first getting numbed and didn’t need to be at all. Nikki the hygienist was so gentle and professional, it didn’t even hurt at all from start to finish! I left very satisfied with clean gums. I would recommend anyone in the world to Aspen Dental western hills location.
