Please skip any and all Aspen locations. This place is unfortunately a complete scam. In 2022 I broke two teeth and had to quickly get in for help. Aspen was the only available place so I had no choice. For work on two teeth (not including having the two teeth pulled (carved down whatever you call it) because I had to go to a separate place because they didn't have anyone at Aspen in any location who could do this procedure) so for just the work needed to get two caps on two teeth I was charged over 6,000 dollars. You have to pay before you see the doctor each visit so you don't even know what you are paying for. I paid everything they wanted each visit and a few months after, they sent me a bill saying I owed 1,000 dollars.

They also wanted me to come in for more work, telling me I had a lot more that needed done. I found a new dentist who checked me over and said he didn't see any other issues. I actually asked him come back in and look again because I couldn't believe it. He said one tooth could be touched up a little if I really wanted. This all happened in 2022 and my teeth are still fine and I do checkups and teeth cleaning with nothing being found. Without the money issue, it was all still not a great experience. There was never any communication on what was going on and on top of that, th stuff they used to numb me didn't work well and the doctor asked if I'd ever done cocaine because people who do cocaine are less sensitive.

The new dentist did work on my one tooth and I never had a numbing issue. I unfortunately couldn't reply on research or reviews because it was during COVID and I couldn't find any other dentists for help. I lost so much money and was confused and scared the entire time from lack of communication and knowing I wouldn't be fully numb for every procedure. I also had to drive over an hour away because the location in Hagerstown was such a bad experience staff wise I couldn't go back.

Very great staff. All spoke to me as nicely and professional as possible. I really liked Kenyanna who took my x-rays as she asked me tons of questions and spoke to me like we might have known each other forever lol. The doctor spoke with me my plan and made me feel comfortable. Thank you to those at this location for making my visit a little less frightening.

The lady name Val was very kind and friendly to me and professional, she answered all my question. Today 5/29 I had a mouth procedure done. The doctor was great, Very gentle explaning everything, she was compassionate and kind. The whole team were very nice, it made me feel very comfortable, I will recommend Aspen dental to everyone i know. Thank you!!
