I'm writing this after watching how they "took care" of my father. Firstly the office staff are very nice and are not reflective of this review. My problem is the dentist herself. When my dad got his healing dentures at first they didn't fit they said Ver Batum don't worry about wearing them right now we come in tomorrow and we will fix them. We get there and she jumps on my dad for not wearing his healing dentures. Got that fixed.

Next he was told you cant eat with the healing dentures (note I didn't say you can't eat for x amount of time just that he couldn't eat period) then she was like that's not what I said. Now my dad is old and his hearing isn't the best which is why I come along. We both heard her say you cant eat. This place is too willing to miss inform and then say it's the patient's fault. I will not come here if I have a problem and in my opinion you shouldn't either. Sorry for the novel

They came up with a plan but didn't take the time to listen to me that I was in severe pain and didn't even put a temporary filling in. They numbed me and that lasted two hours and I was back in severe pain once again. They also told me I needed two extractions and it would be around $12k. I have a chronic illness and cannot work due to that so it would be extremely hard to afford that. I don't feel I was listened to, and I left in tears bc I knew the pain would be back after the numbing wore off and lo and behold the pain is back. It was a complete waste of my time.

I am highly dissatisfied. I don't understand why that business would even be open on Saturday if someone's immediate dental needs can't be addressed that day! And furthermore the antibiotics they prescribed won't be able to relieve my pain in 24 hours. It takes days for antibiotics to be full in effect. I don't appreciate the care I received. I was not listened to.

I hate the dentist. Hate it. But these people are so friendly and accommodating, I'm still in disbelief. 10/10 stars HIGHLY recommend! Especially if you have serious anxiety about dental work like me. So glad to have gone with Aspen, and glad to be continuing with them in the future

Do not recommend. While the service and staff were great. They do not do their due diligence. I went in for severe pain with an extreme fear of dentistry in general. . .

Dentist decided I needed 94% of my teeth removed. They insisted I come in the following week and scheduled me for Black Friday. I explained I was a single mom and already in severe debt, I walked out of the office in shock due to the news, with the price as less than $600 out of pocket and a care credit coverage of $3000 the rest would be taken care of by my inaurance. The morning of the extraction while on the Xanax they prescribed, the clarification came that only 60% of my teeth needed to be removed the rest was aesthetic. Anyway, 93% of my teeth removed, denture process started until I find out my insurance barely covered any of it. Now I can't complete my denture process and have the $3000 care credit and another $3404 that I have to pay out of pocket that I cannot afford which I told them in the beginning.

They should have made sure my insurance would cover it and it would be paid for before removing nearly all of a 36 year old woman's teeth. Now I have the healing denture that doesn't fit and my debt threshold is another $3400 more. Thanks so much for my toothless smile and all the debt Aspen Dental. You're Awesome! 😒
