I am giving this place a 2 star only because I enjoyed my experience with the Invisalign doctor. I can't recall her name, but she has darker hair and she is nice. The hygienist is awful. First off, she is completely judgmental and will stare at you with absolute disgust. I work two jobs and I have not had time to schedule my bi-annual cleaning and because I am late on scheduling my cleaning, she talks to me like I am completely incapable of knowing it is my fault and tends to use this condescending tone with me.

Also, they always tend to have new people at the front desk and they sometimes tend to double-book appointments, then you are left with no appointment. It's not their fault, but maybe they should provide better training to new hires to avoid these issues because I am sure there's many people that have rough work/life schedules. I definitely recommend going here for Invisalign but if you are looking to see a hygienist, back away immediately.

Fantastic experience! I reached out to them about an emergency. I will be transferring to them as my primary dental office. Staff are kind, thorough and compassionate. They were able to work with me within my budget without any judgement. Definitely recommend!

These dentists try to rip you off any way they can. They all contradict themselves each visit and I never actually felt cared for as a patient after going here for over 3 years. I’m glad I’ll never have to go back here. Their office is nice though, I’ll give them that.

I had an excellent dental experience. I was incredibly impressed by all the staff, from the receptionist's professionalism to the kind and extensive dental crew. Having had previous bad experiences with professional dental care, I was astonished by how thorough the care was. The staff communicated exactly what they were doing and why they were doing it. Specifically, my hygienist had explained to me what she was telling her assistant while she did my exam.

She had taken the time to explain what she was concerned with, and her care plan and repeatedly ensured my questions were answered. Additionally, my doctor sat and explained her thoughts on my care plan after discussing it with my hygienist, which was reassuring to see her take the time to make sure everything was answered and understood before my leaving. Without a doubt, it was a great experience would definitely recommend it.
