"Everyone" at the Bloomington MN location was friendly and very helpful. I wish I could remember more names. I have some serious issues and they told me what needed to be done in a very professional and caring manner. The hygienist was very knowledgeable about my condition and the dentist ( Dr.

I) was matter of fact about my care and put me at ease right away. The receptionist who helped my with a plan of care and financing was also reassuring . This is a good place to be seen for your dental care! Thank you!

The dentist was good and had me in and out quickly, earning the 2nd star - at least, once the front desk allowed me (if delayed a day) the appointment I scheduled. The front desk was insistent on selling unnecessary exams, forcing me to miss my initially scheduled procedure as they argued with me trying to force additional care that I did not need. By the time they finally gave up on demanding this unnecessary work and agreed to do the procedure I had originally scheduled, the surgery slot I had booked was gone and they needed to delay my care to another day because of their sales pitch.

At the end of the day, they were also more expensive than my normal dentist and I wish my normal dentist had been able to see me sooner so I wouldn't have had to deal with the extra stress of working with this front desk, who had the gall to call me "aggressive" for leaving the building rather than agree to their unneeded care.

I absolutely found Aspen dental. Because I had a very sore tooth that had a root canal before and nobody would take my insurance so I happened to find Aspen dental. Who had new patient opening and from the very beginning very nice people . I got an appointment immediately which was wonderful because I was in pain. And then I had a wonderful dentist his name was Dr J . He was very kind took the time to listen to what I was telling him.

He explained everything that was going on. Told me what the best plan would be to keep my teeth which was wonderful. And I definitely would recommend him and Aspen dental. I have never met a bunch of wonderful people who are kind to considerate and especially when you're not feeling well that's exactly what you need so I can tell you from experience I absolutely love this place and I'm going back again to finish the procedures on my teeth thank you guys so much wonderful people. many blessings to you and your staff Floydette Swickard

I had a great experience at this dental office! Danny, the dental assistant, was incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel totally at ease during my visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly and was so friendly throughout the entire appointment. Everyone I interacted with at the practice was equally welcoming and helpful.

You can really tell they care about their patients. Highly recommend!
