I walked into Aspen, and from my very first encounter with the staff, I was well pleased! And they agreed to help me. I spoke with Angelica when I called for my appointment and she was so pleasant to talk to! I called solely for an Endodontist but I was told I would still need an exam. The exam was thorough and afterwards Dr. IJ came in and talked to me, ensured me Dr.

Ryan was an excellent doctor and I told him so was he! I have a dentist I go to and wouldn’t dream of leaving but if I ever go anywhere it will be back there! I’m looking forward to seeing how Dr. Ryan fixes me up! Great staff and plenty of locations throughout Charlotte/Concord area

I never had any problems getting my insurance approved for any other dental offices in the past. I only had basic services done (cleaning, x-ray) and I don't understand why they're still not able to submit claims correctly to my insurance provider after spending so much time with them on the phone, even looping in someone on the insurance side. I thought the issue was resolved last time we got on the 3 way call about 1 month ago.

I just received a Final Notice stating that my account will be placed in collections? I know I've done my part and it's not my job to do your job. If you don't have this addressed asap, I'll have to escalate this to the media because this is simply not right over a few hundred bucks.

My son is autistic & can be a little excitable at times. The staff at Aspen were professional, friendly, & very accommodating towards my son. They were patient & very attentive to his needs. The communication was clear & concise in regards to treatment & maintenance.
