I've had a good experience overall they were all very nice starting with front desk, after that D. A. Paige got me all prepped, X-rays and it took no time. Kathy hygienist came after and inspected everything working together with Paige it went flawless. After all that Dr.

Vinny went over with consultation for the future work, and I feel they all like what they do. They listen my side and we did joke little bit as well, I was in a LOT of pain but that did help. Thank you Aspen Dental crew in Mt. Prospect, IL.

I went to Aspen Dental to have a new full upper denture made, as the one I currently wear is 8-years old and is lose fitting as a result of losing 40 pounds. I heard of Aspen Dental and this was my first encounter with them. Everyone from the office staff to the dental assistants to the dentist were very accommodating and clearly explained everything from A to Z. I was amazed that the denture was made in four days, from impression to finished product.

When I received the denture, I was initially pleased but after wearing it for 24-hours, something didn't feel right and I went back to the office to have the denture adjusted. Rather than adjusting it, they took a new impression and made an entirely new denture, again from impression to finished product in days. Long story short, the second denture Aspen Dental made fit and looked great and Dr. Gala and her dental assistant Zeynep were extremely helpful, taking the time to make sure the fit was perfect and that all my expectations were not just met, they were exceeded.

I would recommend Aspen Dental, particularly Dr. Gala, to anyone as it became clear that customer satisfaction is truly second to none!

I received excellent service at Aspen Dental in Mt. Prospect. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Kathy got my teeth squeaky clean without causing any discomfort. I had such a great experience at Aspen Dental! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The front desk made check-in a breeze, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. Dr. Vinny and Paige was fantastic—thorough, gentle, and really took the time to explain everything. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable, and they answered all my questions with patience and care.

You can tell the entire team truly cares about their patients' well-being. The hygienist who did my cleaning was also amazing—super friendly and gentle, but thorough.
