Brought my mom here after she cracked her tooth and we live across the street basically, so we went and the receptionist said they don't do tooth extractions. On your services on Google on this page on maps, says you offer oral surgery such as tooth extractions. So either she lied or you are lying on Google maps. You also need to say that you dont take DHMO patients of any insurance because God forbid your dentists can't get more money out of us for basic things. That is the only reason. You need to stop using Cignas name as something you take when you say you accept it.

No, you dont accept Cigna. You accept Cigna PPO. Say that before saying a flat statement of Cigna. And lastly, I called her FSA company and they said regardless of if you all took the insurance, we could have used her FSA card for services. So, this place lied many times and I'm sure everyone had a real laugh at us when we left when we were lied to because we had DHMO and you can't get as much money out of us. We found a dental place that us further and they aren't in the business for the money.

They cared about her more than this place ever could. She's already gotten her appointment with an oral surgeon and everything. Im just not even surprised and honestly, this is why no one likes going to the dentist. They are people who are not there to actually help, they know they can make a lot of money by lying. If you cared, you would accept DHMO patients because our insurance is just as good as anyone else's.

Staff was thorough, caring nd professional. Was able to get an appointment within a week. But they wanted to be paid for all services Before they would even clean my teeth. After insurance that would be $5000-10000! They offered financing thru a third party for about half of it at either 20% interest or at a monthly payment I cd not afford

It started out great, the dental assistant was fantastic and super friendly and educational. But it went very downhill from there. The dentist came in for just a few minutes, I didn’t feel like she really heard me, seemed disorganized and was talking about another patient’s care with another staff member in front of me. At the end I spoke with a financial lady who wanted to set up some kind of tiered treatments for several hundred dollars above what my insurance would pay for.

When I set the appointment, what I wanted was annual X-rays, dental cleaning, and a good dentist to see every 6 months, like I’ve had at literally every other dentist I’ve been to. I left the clinic without a dental cleaning, feeling like they were trying to just get money for things I don’t need, and ultimately feeling like I’d wasted my time. I’d definitely recommend going elsewhere.

I had a gum infection and was able to make a very quick first appointment and got my first treatment that day!! This was a huge help. Diana was my hygienist. She is very kind and has made me feel at ease about all the things! I just finished my second treatment and it was a very fast appointment.
