Aspen Dental staff are very personable and professional. My experience was fantastic. I needed to get a few crowns and was really scared that I would be in a lot of pain. It turns out the staff were very concerned about me and took their time during my procedure to make sure I was not in a lot of pain or too uncomfortable.

They matched my crowns up perfectly to my current teeth and I can not be more pleased with my outcome. If you are scared of dentists like I am, I can assure you the staff are patient and will make sure you are comfortable at all times.

My experience with my first time attending Aspen Dental was very rewarding very informative and I recommend anyone who is afraid to go to the dentist to attend this establishment. My concerns were heard and I like the fact that someone listened to me when I told them about my past experiences with other dentists. If any questions you may have you can ask them and they will be answered and they listen and to me that is very important.

Also you're not blindsided on your options of how much your procedure May cost and there are other options of paying for your procedures. I highly recommend this establishment.

The Receptionist was great; The finance lady was very nonchalant and very unfriendly. The Oral Surgeon's (male) lab coat looked dingy and unclean. He seems to be only concerned about other work that needed to be done instead of focusing on my pain, from a tooth in my mouth that had a hole in it. , I made the appointment under the impression that I was there for an extraction. But the Oral Surgeon wouldn't do the extraction unless I agreed to have the other work done as well. This appointment was all about making money. I was not expecting to be seen by the Hygienist. Now, my insurance company will be billed for a first-time visit workup instead of the main issue I was there for in the first place. Be very careful when selecting Aspen Dental in Evergreen Park. They are all about charges being made to your insurance company and how much they can get out-of-pocket money from the patients. BEWARE. . . . .
