Detailed Introduction

Aspen Dental - Pleasant Prairie, WI - Kenosha is a specific location within the broader Aspen Dental network, which is supported by Aspen Dental Management, Inc. (ADMI). ADMI operates as a dental support organization (DSO), providing non-clinical business, marketing, and administrative services to independently owned dental practices across the United States. This model allows dentists to focus primarily on patient care while the DSO handles the operational aspects of the business. The Pleasant Prairie, WI - Kenosha location offers a comprehensive array of dental services, catering to a diverse patient base. These services typically include general dentistry (exams, X-rays, cleanings, fillings), cosmetic dentistry (teeth whitening, veneers), restorative procedures (crowns, bridges), and specialized treatments such as dentures (including full, partial, and implant-supported options with a money-back guarantee), dental implants, oral surgery (including wisdom tooth removal and bone grafting), endodontics (root canals), and orthodontics with Motto® clear aligners. They also emphasize immediate and emergency care, accepting walk-ins for urgent needs. Aspen Dental aims to make dental care accessible, offering various financial options including the Aspen Dental Savings Plan (a membership plan providing discounts on services), dental financing, and working with dental insurance. The practice often targets individuals who may not have a regular dental provider or face financial barriers to care. Patient reviews for the Pleasant Prairie location generally indicate positive experiences regarding staff friendliness, efficiency, and the quality of care received, particularly for emergency situations and denture services. However, like many large dental chains, some general criticisms related to corporate dental practices, such as perceived upselling or aggressive treatment plans, can sometimes be found in broader discussions about Aspen Dental. The clinic is committed to patient comfort and addresses dental anxiety, striving to provide a welcoming and reassuring environment.

My experience was great. The staff was kind. The only thing that didn’t make sense was, since I was seen by a hygienist first then my dentist, when making my plan they added (expensive) work to be done on teeth the dentist decided I wasn’t keeping anyway. I feel like we were lucky to catch that when I went to pay and took off over $600 worth of useless work. Maybe seeing the dentist 1st or with the hygienist would avoid these scary situations. The guy who took my X-rays was awesome and must’ve seen how nervous I was (I had a severely traumatic experience with a dentist as a child) because even though there was ALOT of waiting he never left my side. There are some people who might be put off by that and all the small talk but I thought it was very sweet and helpful. The staff were as good as can be expected in a rushed environment.

You get the vibes that you’re in a production line and one of many being seen at once. Not very personal (aside from the assistant asking me questions about my fav hobbies etc) He is the only one who made it feel like I was special and they really cared about me. Now the price. Why is dentistry so expensive!? I hoped since I have state insurance I’d have anything covered but I don’t. I just want a pretty smile. They quoted me over 11k and that only includes a part of one tooth in the front where I smile. I was a little disappointed. So after a years salary I still won’t have my smile fixed unless I pay more.

Aspen claims to be affordable but it’s not. I really don’t know what to compare this to. I still have to see another dentist apparently so I can compare then. 5 stars for the X-ray tech ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 4 stars for my confusion. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 3 stars for price ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ But I’m not going to mess up ur google rating because I am not familiar with how normal the production line process is with the insane prices. Far as I know they could all be like that.

This was really bad. I went in to establish care as a new patient. They spent over 30 mins doing X-rays. Then I waited 30 mins or so to see a dentist. Then I waited another 30 mins or so to see a hygienist who never came.

They did not do a cleaning, which I knew they wouldn’t, but other offices do. All in all, I spent over two hours at this appointment and eventually had to leave to pick up my kid. I was told the hygienist would call me, which never happened. I’m hesitant to go elsewhere because I don’t want to repeat the long, uncomfortable X-rays, but Aspen was very disappointing.

I had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My dentist was professional and took the time to explain the treatment options in detail, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed.

The office was clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, which made my visit efficient. I appreciated how they worked with me on payment options and made sure my needs were met. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for quality dental care
