I confirmed my initial appointment by text and email. On arrival I was informed they cancelled my appointment because I did not confirm by voice. They never called to ask for confirmation! When I explained this, the receptionist responded with a shrug. Not returning.

Everyone has been super kind. The Dentist makes you feel at ease and makes everything as quick and comfortable as possible. There has been no judgement, just help. Appointments have been set up quickly and my overall experience has been great.

So far my experience has been great. All of the staff are so kind and really want to help. I look forward to getting my dental issues taken care of. I think I finally found my place.

We went to Aspen Dental today (2/24/25) and had a wonderful experience. The staff and dentists were all very nice and were able to get us in the same day for an emergency extraction. We were walking out within a hour and a half with most of that being paperwork and the extraction process went great.
The dentist was very thorough as well as the hygienist. We will certainly be back as it can be difficult to find a decent dentist in the Cincinnati area especially for same day procedures.
