Everyone was so professional, Amanda was there from another Aspen Dental, helping out, she was very nice. I’ve had two visits so day and both were great, they listened, explained, and showed concern. I was assisted by a team that made me feel welcomed.

Zoey and the others, that I can’t remember all their names, deserve praise. I thank the regional office manager, Megan for referring me to the Crestwood Aspen office.

My experience was EXCELLENT! All service providers were patient, knowledgeable, and kind. Everyone from the receptionist to the Dental Asst-Kaela to the hygenist-Nicole, and Dr. Maja all exhibited professionalism in care. Even the office manager-Kyle who discussed my treatment plan handled my expenses with care! Loved this experience! Thanks so much to the entire team!!!

I would love to give them 4 stars but do to the front desk staff I am unable to do so. The hygienist and dental providers are nice and do a decent job. Front desk can never get my insurance information correct no matter the amount of times it's confirmed before and during the visit.

If front desk staff could get more organized it would be helpful in the service being provided. I also had a recent billing issue that I contacted them about at least 3 times and never received a call back as I was informed would happen.

Same here, I scheduled as a new patient and was exited but I had to wait 1. 5 hour to be seen and all I got done was X-ray and more images in the room which is the right process since I’m a new patient. But Finally when I got to be seen by the Dr. all she did was recommend a deep cleaning, crown for teeth that have been great with the filling over 20 years.

Deep cleaning and fillings. Sent me with another person to give me up front bill with a high copayment for a bunch of staff that I don’t think can be done in one day, but I was being charged up front. In my entire life I never have such as bad experience as this one. Never being charged at front, usually, when you go they recommend treatment but you do get the basic cleaning that day and you schedule some other time for what they recommended.

You pay the copayment and if there is something that the insurance didn’t cover for when they submit the claim you get a bill, I didn’t get anything done just wasted my time. I have scheduled all Family there, since I wouldn’t trust bringing them I have canceled this appointment.
