H. (Fill-In Dentist from Raleigh), and Stephanie, (Office Manager at another location) you guys truly turned my experience around with Aspen Dental. . . Unfortunately, the start of this business experience was not the best, and very upsetting. The unprofessional actions from former office staff was so disheartening, and very disturbing; to the point that was forced to contact the corporate office. And I must that those ladies in leadership responded promptly and treated me with dignity and respect.

All issues got resolved!😇 So, this brings me to my previous quote, "It's not about how it starts, it's about how it ends" emphasizes the importance of the final outcome, regardless of the initial circumstances. It suggests that setbacks or challenges during the process are not as significant as achieving a successful conclusion. The focus is on the result and the learning or growth that comes from the experience!! I had researched and had an idea of the cost that would be involved. We should all do that. With that being said, the Dentist and the assistant were wonderful. The technology is amazing, and they can show you exactly what's going on in your mouth. I'm an older person, and what I appreciated is that the dentist did not depend on the technology.

She adjusted the environment so we could have a conversation. Michelle is very helpful and will work with you regarding any financial needs. Office staff were efficient, but fearful of questions & felt ok with omitting information to avoid a potential conflict. Little ethics and de-escalation training for non-licensed staff, I would give them five stars.
