Yesterday was my second experience with this dental office and even though I wish I had good news to celebrate about my oral health, I really enjoyed the new hygienist. Excellent personality, very knowledgeable, great at suggesting pathways of correcting existing problems. I highly recommend this dental office and the hygienist.

I’m torn about this place. On one hand, the majority of the staff is great, pleasant, and helpful. The original dentist who saw me and did my fillings was terrible and had appalling bedside manner. Ultimately, I can’t eat anything harder than oatmeal on my left side. The dentist I had today was pleasant and listened to my concerns (night and day difference between the two). Hygienists have been great. Reception is pleasant.

On the other hand, they definitely tend to cancel and reschedule a lot. I live close and have a flexible schedule, but I can see where needing a consistent place would be better for others who live further away, have daily schedules that can’t be adjusted as easily, etc. It can be an inconvenience for sure. Would give this place a 3. 5; the first dentist I saw really scarred my view of this place more than anything.

From the front desk to providers, to financing, this location is awesome. For someone who has high dental anxiety, its easy to make my appts and go. I need alot of work my insurance won't cover, they have been amazing about helping me with financing at a rate I can afford!!!

Customer Service could use some work. Saw dentist for tooth pain due to a broken tooth with an exposed nerve. X-rays were taken and was told to call in the morning as dentist left for a prescription to help with the pain. Called 6 times over a two day period and each time was told the dentist was in with patients and would get a call back. Not once did I get a call back.

Finally went to another dentist and they need the X-rays taken and when I called to get copies I am being told they cannot email them and I need to drive an hour back to them to come pick them up. So now I have to take work off to get there before 4:00. Unreal. Could not be more disappointed in this place.
