First time at this office. I tend to have a lot of anxiety about dental visits, however this time it was different. My dental hygienist Christina was very kind and gentle. She gave me several tips on dental care that was helpful to know.

She was thorough and professional and I would recommend her to everyone! The office staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. Dr Gifford was very personable and gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision about my dental care. I would highly recommend this office to everyone looking for dental care!

Our most recent visit was at the Lehi location and although my daughter’s assistant was great, my son’s assistant was terrible. I go in with my daughter and her dental assistant was great, super sweet just like our past visit at the Highland location. Then enter the Dentist, who wasn’t very friendly, and looked like he was over his job. Then I go into check on my son and he was upset because his dental assistant stabbed his gum and once more we get to have the interaction of the bummer Dentist.

While we were leaving I noticed the energy in the place was so bad, I don’t know why everyone looked miserable but it made our experience awful!! I used to love Aspen Dental, then they opened the Highland location and Lehi turned unhappy/unfriendly, like all the friendly staff moved to the Highland location. Anyway, I think we are going to look for a new dentist . I would switch to Highland but it’s just too far from our life for it to be worth it.

Absolutely amazing experience!! My hygienist was named Kristina, and she was the sweetest, most gentle I’ve ever had! Totally judge free environment, and everything went really well. Now I don’t have to dread going to the dentist!!
