I brought my autistic daughter in to have her one impacted wisdom tooth removed. It’s adjacent right in the bone at the gum line. Her pain and pressure radiates up. Surgeons believes it’s TMJ related to muscle and refused the surgery. The ladies in the office made fun of how she filled out her paperwork & even asked me if I filled out the paperwork. No, I did not. My daughter has state insurance. Seems this office lacks caring and professionalism.

They didn’t validate parking and I refused to pay for it. Never utilizing their services and letting everyone I know about our bad experience so they too don’t waste their time. The surgeon was kind; however, he’s extremely old and was shaky. That was concerning. No wonder he’s turning people away. . I’m not so sure he should be practicing and I will be contacting the DOH to make a complaint.

I hate to say it, but after reading the reviews it seems that there is a pattern of behavior at this office. My son went with his girlfriend to her wisdom tooth extraction appointment and she was turned away due to them not feeling comfortable with her autism. They also said that her pain wasn't due to the impacted tooth that she was referred by her dentist for. It seems that they may treat patients differently that have state insurance. I hope that I am wrong but after reading the reviews I see a pattern.

He also witnessed them making fun of her while doing paperwork. It seems to me that this office lacks professionalism and caring. I will make sure to never utilize their services for my family.

I got a referral from my dentist to have all my teeth removed. So They called me once I tried to call him again because I have not heard from them whatsoever. I left them a voicemail, no call back. I just left another voicemail today. And I'm definitely not expecting a call back from them. They're extremely unprofessional, and they don't know how to answer to the phone when they're open
