I'm an in-home health caregiver and I bring my clients here and it's very confusing for some people when you come in and you need to stay to the left and go to the office that's connected to Benson oral surgery and dental implants so you're not waiting at the building on the right that is empty besides a law firm

I called to schedule my surgery to get my cyst removed and didn’t hear back from the Michigan City office nor the Valparaiso office. I tried calling for three days after four calls and four voicemails I gave up. My cyst turned abscess, which is an infection that needs to get handled properly as soon as possible to prevent going septic. I attempted to call yet again for four days straight, calling numerous times and leaving numerous voicemails informing them of my infection.

It’s almost like the office doesn’t exist It’s impossible to get a hold of anybody. Thankfully, I was able to find a better oral surgeon in South Bend, Dr. Collins. I can’t imagine a worse scenario than an office dismissing a patient who has an infection that could turn very bad very quickly.

I would never recommend Aspire for dental care or any care what so ever since they don’t care about their patients and their well being. I wish zero stars was an option because one is way too generous considering the situation.

I do not recommend this dental office provider. I seen Dr. Bruno to have my four wisdom teeth removed. She is a great provider and I did not have any issues with the provider herself. The office staff told me that they accept my dental insurance as in network and received an authorization for my wisdom teeth removal.

After I had the procedure done I started getting a $4,000 bill stating my dental insurance denied my procedure due to the way they billed and coded it, that it is considered a medical procedure and should be billed to my medical insurance instead. However I have an HMO and this office is out of network. Never once did they ask me for my medical insurance prior to the procedure or even state that the procedure is considered medical. Being that it is my wisdom teeth, naturally I assume to use my dental insurance. Mind you I have two dental insurances and medical insurance yet I am receiving a huge bill in the mail.

I have called and spoke to their billing dept several times and no one helps at all. I have requested to speak with a manager who I was told would call me and never did. Poor customer service.

The front office staff and oral surgery assistants are welcoming and thorough. Dr. Tim Surber has a great chair side manner and took time to review what to expect prior to and throughout my procedure. Highly recommend.
