Waited more than 10 days for x-ray results one time. More than 2 weeks for refill authorization, resulting in undue distress and essentially having to restart meds because I was forced off some that had taken loads of time to build to therapeutic ranges. Can barely ever reach a human being to discuss immediate needs. Gaslighting patients appears to be a regular schtick.

The staff and Jan Drews are very welcoming and listen well. Jan is very thorough, and has been a good partner in my health. Lab work came back quickly, and the clinic is very clean. Just wish it was open more than 3 days a week.

For the last 10 months they have been messing up my wife's bill. The initially up coded the bill which caused it to turn from an insurance covered preventive health visit that was 100% covered to an abnormal exam and going to cost us almost $650. Thanks for screwing a disabled veteran and his wife. Not only that after my wife got them to correct it they ran it through the wrong insurance not once but 3 separate times. Now the won't answer the phone for her. Or if they do they redirect her to a different department so they do not have to deal with their issue.

Take your business somewhere else they are completely unprofessional. Last time my wife called they essentially said pay up or be sent to collections. This is ridiculous how unprofessional can you be. FYI up coding a bill is illegal. Update 02/26/2024: Funny you now take time to respond to this because now that your being publicly called out. It's a little to late for customer relations, but for weeks your billing dodges our calls and essentially tells us either pay or go to collections even though you guys are the ones who have messed this up.

Why up code bills, why submit it to the wrong insurance not once but 3 times. Then when it's brought up you double submit it to the proper insurance company so it gets denied. Then when my wife calls your billing department has the audacity to say either pay or go to collections then hangs up and refuses to answer anymore. It's ridiculous that I'd has come to all this. we don't need financial assistance we need you to submit it to the proper insurance once without up coding it.

Kind staff, clean facility. Rebecca is very kind and helpful. I recieved my lab results with in 6hrs.
