From the start, compassion for the patient and comfort didn't seem like a priority. The surgeon sent the tech in to try and change the plan on which tooth would get pulled, this immediately added to lack of care when the surgoen could not come explain to me why he thought that himself. When I asked to speak to him directly, the tech seemed annoyed. After a little disagreement and resistance. I stood my ground and we kept with my original plan. To continue the lack of comfort. They have you in a tiny room, with a chair seemingly from the 80s that is propped so weird you spend the entire time trying not to slide out of it, and cannot be moved because "he doesn't like it leaned back at all". Assuming this was for a better angle for procedure? But that was yet another thing left unexplained by the tech. At first, I wasn't told I could sit down, so I stood there awkwardly while the tech just clicked away on the computer. Once i did sit, she tried to start the process while I was still in my winter jacket, and seemed annoyed when I asked to remove it.

Again, no care from this tech. She explained very little and just had me read and sign a piece of paper. The entire procedure was in fact painful. So much that the surgeon kept reaching to inject more local anesthetics one after another. Certainly feels like this added serious complications after the fact, however I was not informed this could be the case. Lastly. The stitches have been bleeding now for over 24 hours straight. The tech sent me home with enough gauze for about 30 min of compression, after that, I had to fend for myself. Another feeling that they didn't care much once I was out. Throughout the immediate post op, it was extremely difficult to contact them.

Being 1 hour out of surgery packed full of paper towels, how am I supposed to call and talk about what's going on? That is so deficient that an oral surgeon office would only have a phone communication option. It's 2025 you can do better . Will not likely return, although I hope to not have a need. The woman who checked me out was the only one to show an ounce of care for how rough the procedure went that day. She should be teaching bedside manner to that tech. Update: On the follow-up, much nicer and informative tech, the team seemed to have more compassion than the first interaction. The actual extractions were very successful and healed well, despite the challenge it was.

I needed a broken molar extracted and was in and out in less than 30mins. Took longer to fill out the paperwork than they did pulling the tooth. Super nice and helpful staff. Overall a good experience to help with a not so good tooth. Would recommend them to everyone.

My procedure was virtually painless and completed very fast. My doctor, Austin, explained each step as he conducted an extraction. Explained recovery thoroughly and went over my future options. Recommend for sure!

My Dr. Laura G was amazing efficient and throughly explained what was going to happen and took excellent care of any pain I could have had in advance of the procedure. I feel lucky I had her take such excellent care of me! The nurse/staff was amazing as well!!
