I am so pleased to be referred to AOS and was seen by Dr Freddie Wakefield. The staff and the doctor were fantastic. He spent enough time with me with a big smile and very caring attitude. I definitely and highly recommend doctor F. Wakefield to anyone who needs an oral surgeon. Thank you doctor.

Something has definitely changed since this business has opened. When I first visited I reviewed my dental visit a 5 star experience. Over the years the quality of service has diminished. I also noticed the constant staffing changes as well. Clearly there is a change of ownership or the office manager can't run a business. I will no longer patronize this business. Please make sure if your insurance changes that they actually accept it before having a procedure done.

They will render the service and charge you for it. This should've been done before I was even brought to the back but the front desk representatives were busy doing god knows what because I was rushed to the back because they didn't take the time to properly check me in. I'm assuming because no one was at the front desk when I arrived for my appointment on time. I literally still had the intake clipboard with me while having my teeth cleaned. If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would.

I had the best experience at Associated Oral Specialties with Dr. Freddy Wakefield. Even though I had a complicated case, he took great care of me just as he promised. I was in so much pain when I arrived at the office, but Dr.

Wakefield and his friendly staff worked quickly to make me feel comfortable and resolve the issue. Everyone's bedside manner was fantastic; I have never been to a doctor that took such great care of me. I would definitely recommend Dr. Freddy Wakefield!

Dr. Wakefield's practice is a first-rate, excellent, nonpareil one, and the same applies to Dr. Wakefield and his staff. The entire setting, from the waiting room through the various exam spaces, is calming and peaceful. There are no loud TVs in the ceiling above the exam chairs. Some chairs face large windows through which blinds-filtered light passes. Dr.

Wakefield recently removed the wisdom teeth, two of which were problematic, of one of my kids, and it's impossible to imagine how it could have been done better. The number one concern of everyone in the practice is safety. There's a lot of emphasis on this. And there's a lot of attention paid to planning, with everyone efficiently and professionally (and ultra-competently) doing his or her part during the actual operation. There is good follow-up by the practice. Finally, I believe this operation for my daughter was done at a reasonable cost. I strongly recommend this practice, from cleanings and general dentistry to oral surgery.

I'm adding to my review today, December 17, 2019, simply to say that I took my other daughter to Dr. Wakefield last week for the removal of her wisdom teeth. Perfect, successful, efficient operation, with the same emphasis on safety that was in place when the first daughter had her wisdom teeth out in June 2019. Very pleased with the work of Dr. Wakefield and his staff.
