This place should be shut down. I made an appointment over the phone before reading reviews I had an emergency and they said they could get me in I read reviews and panicked and made an appointment elsewhere Because of the state of things I forgot to cancel my appointment with them I got a very threatening call from a man with a Virginia Beach number. He screamed at me for wasting the doctors time. I felt horrible.

They then BILLED MY INSURANCE $550 and my insurance paid the claim! Even though I never stepped foot in their offices. I’m now reporting them for fraud.

STAY AWAY. Never mind that this place is a total fraud (I was still receiving regular interval charges for years after leaving) but their dental work is horrendous. My husband had a root canal and cap placed in 2019. For this we were charged thousands of dollars more than originally quoted and then bullied by the owner about bills that made no sense.

Now we have the pleasure of dealing with the terrible dental work and it has resulted in at least 6 appointments with our new dentist to rectify the lingering issues for this place. I wish we could go back in time and never step foot into this shady establishment.

Absolute SCAMMERS. DO NOT COME TO THIS OFFICE.

Not only did i get the WORST “cleaning” ive ever had six months ago where the dentist didnt even seem to be experienced by any means, but now six months later they are sending me bills for 1000+ dollars saying my insurance didnt go through and they are sending me to collections, after never receiving any information that my insurance didnt go through. I will be contacting my lawyer and will be reporting this business to the state

I went to this place for a routine cleaning, after the cleaning i was told to come back for root scaling. i then checked the review and didnt go back for it. i then received a call saying my insurance wasnt going through, i have the CIGNA plan. so i called the insurance and they asked me the service i received- which was a routine cleaning. I then receive a bill for 652$ for total scaling, which was never performed.

I filed a claim with the insurance and they tried reaching out severatimes to the dental clinic with no response. So i call the insurance agent and keep her on the phone while i walk into the clinic, the receiptionst then said they will resolve it at their own time and didnt want to speak to clarify it. he then calls himself Dr. Weiss who he is not and tells the insurance agent that he will balance bill me. when i say i will not pay for services i didnt receive - he gets rude and says he will send it to collections.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE- another reveiw above also talks about a similar experience. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS.
